Well I don't know whats going on..... I have been hitting the weights and my weight is going UP...... I cant tell if I am converting to muscle.... hence the rise... or if my poor eating habbits are catching up to me! I am dedicating my self to clean eating again! Wish me luck!

Question......... I have recently noticed that when I hit the cardio really hard, my sweat is really thick and sticky... not regular sweat... Whats this all about? I know I am hydrated! Any one got any insite on this?
