You can do that. We recommend the week off in between so that your body does not get used to the stims but training for a show is a different circumstance.

A couple of the capsules changed from the testers although the formula is still the same. The project see packs had 1 blue capsule and the final has 2.

This part sucks. With everyone wanting the new one we'll have to wait for people to buy the old one! Nothing wrong with the old one but I want the new instead, lol.
Between this and some other formulas that companies have been putting out, it seems like the fat burner category is getting some nice updates.
