Hey Folks,

I'm Russ, promoter of the Panhandle Showdown. On Saturday, September 26th, Hard Body Fitness is sponsoring the Max Muscle Supershow, NPC sanctioned Bodybuilding, Figure & Bikini Championships to be held at the Northwest Florida Fairgrounds. We'll feature the new Armed Forces category as well as Mr & Miss Fort Walton Beach titles. Thats not all...this show runs in conjunction with the Emerald Coast Power Expo!

The Expo will have 5 awesome events in conjunction with NPC Bodybuilding:
* APA Raw and Equipped Powerlifting
* AAA Arm Wrestling
* North American Strongman
* Fight Fest: Amateur Boxing/Muay Thai
* MMA Grappling
* Vendors from all over will be there to display and demonstrate their products.

This should be a fun show and the largest display of muscle in the Southeastern US. I'd like to invite you all to compete and show your support. I've attached the bodybuilding poster and will forward the Expo poster shortly. Hope to see you there.

I'll try to be there with Danny Aguirre, but can't guarantee it at this time. I have a trip to Canada scheduled for the start of the month, so I'll have to see how it all plays out.

Well, we're 8 weeks out. Looking forward to this event. I will be competing in the powerlifting this time out, with hopes of hitting a few PR's, and then going over to expedite for the MAX MUSCLE SUPER SHOW!
