Would love some advice!
Planning an all inclusive fitness show in the summer of 2010, would lvoe some advice, from mass or cut, weight goals, training techniques, diet etc.

I've been working out lately, lifting things that are too heavy for me. I know I've had a good work out, if on the way home im concerned i have a hernia. Im doing this a symmetrical thing though, so my right side is gonna be all ripped and jacked, but my left side is gonna stay all skinny. Because thats a real eye catcher at the beach, cause some girls like chisled guys and others like indy rockers, so now depending on which side i lean to ill give them what they want.

Get bigger...
you look really skinny... especially since the camera adds ten pounds.... I'd say bump your calories and keep lifting.....
you are pretty lean, but there isn't a whole lot of muscle mass on you.

hh
thanks for the advice so far, i was 177 but i was sick for 2 weeks with mono and i lost 15 lbs, but im slowing gaining it back.
