Shake To Build Big Time Muscle
This is a really good shake for when you are trying to pack on pounds. It combines slow digesting protein that WON'T keep you satiated for hours and slow digesting carbs to help you gain muscle.
1 cup low fat low fat milk
1 medium banana
2 tbsp of creamy Peanut Butter
1 scoop of vanilla casein protein
blend and enjoy!

Man that would be nasty...
This sounds good, I would probably add like 1/3 to 1/2 scoop whey for a little faster digesting protein.

Alot like my shake.
2 cups whole milk
2 tbs peanut butter
1 banana
2 scoops whey
1/2 cup oats (just added)
Used in a blender it's great tasting.
My dad told me about the shake he used to drink. Something along the lines of eggs and tuna blended together. My god I would puke. Gotta love how shakes have improved. ^^

I blend a more simple shake with two scoops of milk protein before bed.

its pretty good...I also add in a little Vanilla extract
OR
I use Unsweetend almond milk if I am having it before bed...to cut the carbs
