Sorry no update yesterday. I woke up with a moderately sore throat and I wasn't sure if it was allergies or the first stages of the cold. I took my chances and I went to the gym and had a really lite workout. Last night I slept horribly and still had a decent sore throat, however I've been power taking Cold-Eeze and I feel a little better today. Hopefully it's mostly gone tomorrow.

Luckily the Slim Xtreme pretty much counteracted the 2-3 hours of sleep I got last night. Not that it should be used as a replacement to sleep, but this **** is good.

I was down a full lb from the last time I weighed myself. That's pretty impressive. I'm a little over my halfway mark. Will I make it to 175 before my bottle is empty?? Only time will tell!

Once again I believe that along with the fact that you're burning calories all day & a bit extra with Slim Xtreme, the most potent part is the appetite suppressant. I tend to snack a bit more than I would like, and this stuff takes off ANY hunger twinges. I don't remember the last time I had a snack to be honest. Well a bowl of ice creme the other night after a date, but I'll let that slide.

Right now the only thing I wish that you could change on the supplement is making the doses either in tablet form so it could be split with a pill spliter or maybe making half-doses of this. Because at the beginning I thought it was wayyyyy to strong for me, but now I think I could be at 1.5 pills, but there is no way I would take 2.

But honestly, as long as the weight continues, I guess I'll be fine.

I'm so proud of you. You are doing so well! I'm cycling 2 pills every other day. So 3 days out of the week I take 2 pills and 2 days out of the week I take 1 pill. I haven't been taking SX on the weekends.

Anyway, I just wanted to suggest that you try Lean FX. I started taking this last week and it really helps boost the appetite suppression. It is quite pricy but well worth it!

That actually isn't a bad idea. I'll probably take a month off before I start again with some Lean FX plus a new bottle. Ill probably work a day or 2 off a week for at least the first 2 weeks because this stuff hits me strong the first few weeks.

Yesterday's PT went great. I was able to knock out my military style PT and run 2.5 miles, the only problem being a dry mouth. Nothing a few sips of water didn't solve.

I rearranged my PT schedule because it was killing me to run in the morning and try to hit my legs in the afternoon. I moved my Wednesday weight lifting to thursday afternoon when I have no other PT. I liked the extra day of recovery for my weekend workouts, but this is a better solution in my opinion.

Day 33 part 2!:

I was going to wait till tomorrow, but I got the time tonight to blog about my workout today. I cannot honestly believe how well this stuff works, HOURS later. I took my morning dose at ~6 am today, and I worked out around 3:15. This stuff still gets me pumped that much later. I mean, I am giving a bit of credit to Ultima/Xtend/& IntraXCell too, but this product makes me feel so much different than taking those products together without this, if that makes any sense.

When I was doing dips, I had just about the same weight as last week, but I always do a "burn out" set as my last set of dips with no weight, and I was able to knock out 15. I was amazed as usually I can only hit 7-8 after my dip workout. I was also able to hit 150x6 on close grip bench press, a feat on it's own. Ill have to make sure to up this next week.

My only concern is, this stuff causes me to wreck my body! Ha ha. Right now I feel like a midget could take me out and lifting a coke can still feels a bit heavy. It's all good though...

Haha sounds like its working very well for you man! Yea it really does last a long time and a lot of poeple have reported similar experiences, still haveing tons of energy to workout even 9 hours after there dose. Great log so far man, keep it up!

10 days left! Counting down. Another great workout today. It wasn't nearly as hot this morning in the un-airconditioned gym I workout in, so I didn't sweat buckets like normal. I did sleep like crap on thursday night.

My workout this morning was great. No new PRs, but damn did I tear it up today.

That's too bad man. This stuff was great with me. I can't say that about most supplements.

I think I got about 9 left. I think I may have skipped a day during the first week because the energy was too much for me (ha ha)

Micro update today. No work so I'm just lounging around and catching up one some much needed relaxation.. I'm already considering what I want to do the next time I start again. How long should I take off? I'm thinking at least 30 days to get my body back to normal.

Just about to wrap things up. Another awesome workout today. Even my workout partner said I looked like I had a lot of desire today. I am going to hurt tomorrow. Close grip bench press is becoming my bitch.

I took yesterday off from the pills to extend my diet out another day or two... So maybe it hit me a little extra hard today.

A great day, today and yesterday. I didn't quite hit my bench goals on Saturday, but it could be because I had such an awesome workout on Thursday. Can't complain. I got 4 pills left, so tomorrow & Tuesday and I'm saving the last 2 for days I need an awesome workout.. Ha ha...

Final Weight loss - 11.3 lbs
Well it's finally over. The 45 days of Slim Xtreme is over.

I'll post some of my final comments on what I could have done better and my impression.

I thought my weight loss was great. Around 1.7 lbs a week. This was a good steady weight loss that stayed off. Also, I did not have a single lift go down at all during the program. Also in my opinion the mirror test was the greatest test. I leaned up great around the midsection.

Now for the Pros/cons!

Pros:

Awesome energy! I have not had this type of energy in a product since the original Hydroxycut with ephedra days. Also, with just 1 tiny pill? There must be some sort of voodoo in here. I could lay in bed on a tired day, pop a pill, and within 15 mins it takes to drag my ass out of bed, I already have a good amount of energy going through me. On my drive to work I'm already wide awake and ready to start the day.

Appetite Suppression: Probably the most important factor. This stopped me in my tracks from even WANTING to eat any junk food. It's killer the first few days, but that's enough to give you a kick in the balls.

Awesome workouts: Better than any strict energy preworkout supplement I've tried. I love the fact that this with Ultima made all my workouts completely awesome. I had having to use a caffeinated preworkout supplement as I seem to crash a few hours later, but not here. It seems like you can run your body too hard if you're not careful

Cons!:

Dry Mouth: Holy god this was bad the first week and a half. My shop has always made fun of me for dragging my water bottle around WHEREVER I GO in the building but damn did this suck. The few times I forgot my bottle was utter hell.

Also, doing longer cardio sessions on my own (outside runs) my mouth would dry out pretty fast. I'm not sure what I could do to combat this as I'm not going to run around with a bottle for 2-3 mile runs.

Sleep: This kinda sucked. It seemed like I'd get about an hour less a sleep because I would toss and turn a lot more. Though my sleep quality wasn't much worse, it's just annoying to not be able to fall asleep as easily.

Dosage: I personally felt like 1 pill was too much for me at the beginning and not enough at the end. I didn't find out till much later that those booster pills were half servings and they sell them individually on their site. Based on how hard 1 pill hit me, I did not want to take a second serving later in the day as I might never sleep!

Overall: Most effective supplement I have ever taken, bar none! Will I take it again? Yes, I actually got my box in from bodybuilding.com today, and I will be taking 30 days off from all caffeine and starting it again. I do have 1 pill saved for the day of my PT test, and I'll post a follow up on how I do that day

Congrats man on finishing up the log!! Im nearing the end of my cut with SX and my pro's and con's are identical except that 2 pills is not enough to last the day and 3 is too much. Not sure if i can afford 3 pills a day at ~40$ a bottle =D
