Daily Nutrition "keeping track"

This sheet has been working really well for me keeping up with my calories, fat, carbs, and protein. If you are writing down your daily intake on receipts or old notebook paper, this is for you. It's been tried and modified "by me " and thought it might come in handy for some. It's one day per page and I just three hole punch them and keep in a folder, or at least that's the idea. It helps keeping track of all foods as necessary on a day to day basis. It contains 4 meals and 3 to 4 "snacks" daily. Good luck and take care.

This form is in office 03 format if you would like 07 let me know.

Fitday is a website/iPhone app.

But screw that. I find excel is the ultimate for this purpose.

I've been meaning to put this online in case someone else finds it helpful, your post made me decide to do it. I use one worksheet per day. So, every day I create a new sheet, rename it to the date in the following format (MM-DD-YY), and copy/paste the previous day's entries into it, and start over. I use the "Food List" sheet to keep a list of common foods so that I don't have to re-enter a lot off a label.

Pluses are that it: calculates my macros (in percentages), also compares the amount of calories listed according to product labels to the calories produced by multiplying fat, protein, and carbs by their caloric content.
