This sheet has been working really well for me keeping up with my calories, fat, carbs, and protein. If you are writing down your daily intake on receipts or old notebook paper, this is for you. It's been tried and modified "by me

" and thought it might come in handy for some. It's one day per page and I just three hole punch them and keep in a folder, or at least that's the idea. It helps keeping track of all foods as necessary on a day to day basis. It contains 4 meals and 3 to 4 "snacks" daily. Good luck and take care.
