Hope you can get a good rest in. Have you been having any night sweat issues lately?
Stepmill after treadmill... you must either be crazy or seriously dedicated.
Hope you have a great weekend, or whatever day it is in your world.

Ya it takes me a bit to get into long cardio sessions. But once I'm in the zone, I'm in the zone! So it wasn't too bad. I literally had to force my legs on the intervals though!
Oh yes, I forgot you're clear across the world. Vegas is pretty much like another world here in the states! Where in Aus are you at? I have a girlfriend in Robe!

I'm still having night sweats but not nearly as bad. I think I'm just a really hot sleeper. And whenever I'm around the gym boy it's even worse, LOL. Weird huh?
Girl I am more dedicated right now than I have been in the past few months... maybe it is the Estacort?
July 10th,
Friday/Estacort Day 6
Ya for me.. I got almost 12 hours of sleep. Haha. I fell asleep on the couch last night and didn't even wake up to Seth texting me! Woke up around 11:30 and moved my tired ass to bed! Slept til almost 10am this morning too
Ate breakfast and hung out with Seth for a bit. Then we went to the gym. I did Chest/Tris/Calves and 35 min PWO cardio. I honestly felt amazing during the cardio. We did the TM first and then finished with the bike. I prob could've done a whole hour if I wasn't rushed for time...
Gotta work tonight Hopefully I can get my other class done after it calms down.. oh **** actually I just remembered it's Friday night... aaaagghh it's prob gonna be busy. Good thing I got a Redline to get me through the night I feel pretty good right now though. I've been doing the Superpump and Beta Alanine combo before my workouts and they're rocking! I think switching up the pre workout juice was a good idea.
Hope you ladies have a great weekend!

Body For Life
Ruby! You look great! I have PM'ed you a couple times and not heard back. I figured I would try to get in touch with you this way. I am currently looking into doing the Body For Life program and just wanted to know what you thought about it. How much weight did you lose? How many clothes sizes did you lose. I read in your transformation, which is awesome, that you had great results with it and really want to know a lot about it before getting started. (Mainly so I am motivated!)
Thanks so much and good luck!

Yay for seeing progress in the gym. It does seem like a positive feedback loop. The more progress seen the more motivated you are. The more motivated you are the more progress you make.
Your 100 point game sounds brutal. Great calorie burn.
I'm around, so come visit

Sooooo sorry Melissa. I actually don't remember you PM'ing me? Oops. I'm sure you did and I meant to get back to you and never did
The BFL program was a great start for me. The program is really easy to follow and the workouts are awesome! I think I lost about 10lbs on it.. not sure on the sizes. Check out their website if you haven't already!

July 13th,
Monday/Estacort Day 9
Good evening ma'dears. I'm at work ATM.. Blah! This whole shift trade thing is nice until it's my turn to cover the shift.. kinda throws a wrench in my days off
Oh and let me just say that I am PHUCKIN sore as ****! OMG. My whole body is aching with pain. I'm pretty sure it's from that circuit I did yesterday. It feels great though. What kind of sick world is this. LOL. Sooooo my workout today wasn't the best due to being so sore I could barely lift the pink DB's But I did manage to get a Shoulder/Bi workout in with 30 min cardio PWO. Diet's been good as well.
I was planning on doing my updates this AM.. but when I woke up to the TOM, bloated as hell, and weighing in heavier Jaime and I decided to let this week pass without them. Thank goodness. Seth met me at my house this morning to take them and everything. I ended up just taking his and we called it good! Lucky me
So, going outta town tomorrow morning when I get off. I'll pack my bags, shower, and then hopefully get some sleep while Seth drives. We'll only be gone tomorrow night so it'll be a quick trip, but it should be fun

Ya bootcamp type workouts are fun. The group atmostphere always gives that extra little push! Paperwork hasn't went through yet. I have to go sign some things Monday morning and then it should be like another few months.. ugh!
July 16th,
Thursday/Estacort Day 12
Damn the last few days flew by That's not good since they were my days off. I ended up working Monday night after my last update. I got off Tuesday morning and headed to Portland with Seth. Didn't end up sleeping until like 11pm on Tuesday! Holy Crap! So I was up for almost 40 hours
Had fun in Portland. We just hung out, did some shopping, ate at PF Changs... which rocked! It's Seth's favorite place and I had never been there and it was freakin delicious
Got back to town fairly early yesterday. Did some cleaning at home, then hit the gym for leggies. Had a great workout! Was sweating like crazy. Didn't do any PWO cardio, but I did go tanning haha. I burnt quite a few cals during my workout so I figured it was ok!
Just hung out last night with Seth. Watched that Shopoholic movie.. pretty cute. Only got about 5 hrs sleep I'll probably be going to the gym to do Back/Traps today... then gonna go swimming at Seth's afterwards.
I'm still weighing REALLY heavy Stuid TOM. I don't feel all that bloated or anything, so that's good. I'm almost halfway done with the Estacort and hopefully I'll start seeing some good changes from it!
Here's yesterday's workout...

K, if Captain Sexipants is getting in the way of your sleep and weightloss...I may just need to have a talk with him.
NOBODY gets in the way of my girls and their abs...No. Body.
(unless he sends me his progress pics...in which case, we can work something out...)

Yay for fun in Portland, nay for the 40 hour awake-a-thon
I like all that asparagus- it's just gone out of season here, but I love the stuff.
Awesome job on the calorie blasting leggies workout

He's a great influence though when it comes to diet. He helps me stay on track and not pig out

Oh boy we had the lettuce wraps, kung pao chicken, garlic shrimp, the combo fried rice, and mongolian beef. We got a crap load because he wanted me to try everything... lots of leftovers!

July 19th,
Sunday/Estacort Day 14
Helllllooooo there
Had a good weekend. Got a workout in on Friday. Didn't do anything yesterday. I was actually supposed to work last night but called in because I had uber bad cramps So I just got caught up on my sleep and hung out at home.
I'm gonna go for a run later this afternoon. Then work tonight. Weight is finally back down to my starting weight... I'm still kinda on TOM so hopefully I'll drop a few more water weight pounds by tomorrow. I forgot to take the Estacort on Friday night.. oops. Just totally spaced it!
Don't have much else to update on. Life's been pretty routine lately. It's been super hot though. Tonight's my Friday then I'm off til Friday Oh I had a massage yesterday... OMG it felt amazing! I hadn't been in over a month and I was soooo tight. Pretty painful, but in a good way!
NUTRITION
protein pancake/blueberries
chicken/veggies/ezekiel bread
shake/pistachios
turkey salad
sludge

Spanks
Yes I'll try to get them done tomorrow. Otay?
Got back from my run and then mowed my jungle ass lawn I really need to put some TLC into my yard! LOL.. it's becoming completely overgrown with weeds... yikes!
Run was good. It was HOT HOT HOT though! I didn't get any shin aches or side aches or pain whatsoever though. So that's a plus. I came pretty close to stripping down to my shorts and sports bra and jumping in the river though
Gonna shower and get food ready... then work. Happy Sunday!

Yay for painless running, despite frying in the heat
Nice job on getting cracking with the yard-work, it's not something that ever holds much appeal. You start to convince yourself that you actually like the weeds.
Hope you have a great week

You're too young to have heartburn my dear
It'll be worth the wait you say? O'rly??? I'm intrigued. I imagine with all the extra 'cardio' you've been doing that the measurements will def be down (thanks to Captain Sexipants)
