I'm not too impressed with it. I'm about halfway through my bottle of Lipo 6x. I think I'm going back to my EC stack, because even though I experienced some sides...the results were clearly evident.

I have taken it and haven't seen any noticable losses from it. I currently started taking vpx meltdown. We will see how it works. I am taking it with a high protein diet... so I have lost weight but who is to say if its from the meltdown or high protein intake.

I notice that caffeine for me is a gigantic energy booster. Anything else not so much... well carbs... but like I said on a high protein diet so that means pretty much low carb.

I used it and i thought it was really good.
The only downside is that i used to have depression/anxiety and weird mood swings problems on it.

I ran a bottle of Lipo 6X for when i started hitting the gym to help burn as much fat as possible during my cardio. I can honestly say now that I have stopped taking it I am at a slower rate of weightloss which could be due to many things though.

All it did to me was give me an expensive stomach ache. You might as well just eat the $15 you were going to spend on it to get some extra fiber in your diet... If you really need extra caffeine in your diet (which is the only REAL ingredient in there), learn to drink black dark roast coffee by the bucket.
