Lipo 6X Review

I bought Lipo 6x a while back and have been using it for about a month with great results. The Pills are easy to swallow, give you tons of energy, and suppresses your appetite.

I did notice that when you reach the maximum dose of 4 pills per day that you will have trouble sleeping if taken 4-5 hours before bed time. Also i noticed a rapid heartbeat and chest pain when doing cardio within an hour of taking 2 Lipo 6X.

Overall I found it to be a great product, after finishing this cycle i am thinking of switching to Hydroxycut Hardcore. Any other suggestions?

lipo 6x worked well ( ofcourse eating clean and exercise) but i am trying out fyre by syntrax

Im using lipo6x now and it is a great product, the energy is awesome and helps keep my workouts intense......i would definitely recommend it.

If you are having chest pains, reduce the dosage.

I like Lipo 6 but I'm not a huge fan of all the caffeine in these and pre workout supps. I've been looking at Ergo AMP it looks like a solid formula. I take Lipo and it does work well, but I only use about half the doseage, 1 pill twice a day. I don't like to load up on stims.

Thanks for the Lipo 6x info.....I'm considering that after I'm done with my current bottle of Lipo 6. Do a little research on Hydroxcut Hardcore. It didn't do much for me or others that I know.

I've just bought Lipo 6x innercap multiphase. Actuallu i hve several question,

1- why it shouldnt be taken before 6 hours before sleeping??
2- is there any problem if it's 3 hours difference between the 2 dosage??
3- what's the difference between the innercap and the normal multiphase technology?

I bought Lipo 6X and had several issues. First was the capsules leaked in the bottle causing the pills to stick together. When I pulled them apart they would bust open.

Second, I too had sleeping problems. Even when i took Melatonin or Sominex.

As a fan of Nutrex overall, I will never by this product again.

Unhappy Disappointed, but still optimistic.

4 weeks in & this is my 1st day off for a week as the directions instruct. I follow exactly what the label informs me to do, & as of yesterday I was still at 4/day after the initial 4 day build up to that amount. I'm pretty disappointed...Lipo 6X gave me descent energy 1st thing before breakfast & around 4:30 p.m. before my workout, but nothing that I expected from my research/reading reviews. I was pretty unaffected by the *appetite suppressant*claim, which was a big disappointment! I'm a notorious muncher, mostly craving healthy stuff like mixed nuts & fruit but I do have a sweet/salty tooth & hoped Lipo 6X would curb these addictions...I found myself fighting harder to resist temptation than usual on this product. I'm also bad about eating large portions (especially after I work out, I can even down a protein shake & am more than ready to eat a 3-course meal following!) so I was hoping this would help me eat less in amount, but no such luck. When I can down a protein shake w/milk, eat a bowl of cereal, a piece of fruit AND even a oatmeal bar or large handful of mixed nuts for breakfast after taking Lipo 6X (& waiting at least 30 minutes to eat after taking Lipo 6X) then something's not working. I've already ordered another month of it, so some things I might try this next month: Downing even MORE water before I eat to help w/appetite suppressing & to hydrate better. Speaking of water, take in LOTS of H20 when consuming this product! I found myself drinking over a Liter of water at LEAST a day & still dehydrated which doesn't help the energy level, & found to be verrrrry cotton mouthed in the mornings. You'll pee a lot, but it's a small scrifice. & I did get a little jittery at the beginning, but those effects quickly wore off after the 2nd week. Now the biggie: as far as weight loss I can't say I've lost any b/c I'm still the same weight. This might be due to my slight increase in muscle over the past 2-3 weeks since I've been taking in protein, however, which is why I'm still optimistic. Maybe my stomach & legs may have slimmed a little, but it's really hard to tell & many days I CAN'T tell. Overall I'm not impressed BUT since I've already ordered another bottle I'm adamant about pursuing one more month to justify using this product. Hopefully this next month will prove to bring better results my way!

I'm beginning to wonder if this product is just a strong water pill!

I'm patient however, & if anyone has any suggestions please fill me in. I want to know what I'm doing WRONG, & I enjoy criticism if it'll help improve my results. Thanks a ton for all who respond..

Hon you are perfectly fine the way you are. I think so anyways =) Its scary we pretty have the same stats. I am 23 about 5'6 and 135 pounds and would like to reach a solid 120-125 lbs. I know exactly what you mean bout your plateau. I started taking LIPO 6x for the exact same reason...I have been taking LIPO 6x for about a little over a week and I see a big difference in my appetite. I am never really hungry at all. I feel that it is working for me. I workout 6x a week 3 of which are 30+/min of HITT cardio...and weight training the other 3 days...I am sure I have lost a few lbs with this product but have not checked yet. Everyone's body reacts to products differently. Just hang in there girly =)

Lipo 6 Interactions with Meds

I found out the hardway that if you are on an antidepressant or anti-anxiety SSRI you should not take and stimulants what so ever as there is an interaction. I took Lipo 6 and am on Zoloft and it jacked me up. I wish I wasn't on the meds cause Lipo 6 gets such good reviews. I am going to have to look at a stimulant free solution. Just thought you should know.

Hey Bro I'm on 50mg Zoloft too and I'm on my 2nd day of Lipo 6. I can definately tell my anxiety levels have been much higher than usual. As Shaymarie said I'm drinking TONS of water and am very thirsty ALL the day. So far my appetite has seemed to increase instead of decrease which has been frustrating.

Yesterday morning after 4 cups of oatmeal I weighed myself at 230 lbs. At the same time this morning after another 4 cups of oatmeal I weighed in at 228 lbs. Could I have possibly lost 2 lbs. of water in 24 hours on Lipo 6? Yeeesh scarey...

Lipo 6 vs Mitotropin -- which one is better?

I keep reading reviews -- its a total love it or hate it kind of thing.

I tried Mitotropin and LOVED it... dropped 20 lbs in 6 weeks & 4 pant sizes. Was following the Lindora low carb diet program. Only dropped 2.5% body fat. Am just finishing up my 2 week modified carb/metoblic reset and ready to start another weight loss phase.
Am ready to get serious about really eating clean and working out hard/smart. I really want to see a solid drop in body fat. LIke I'm feeling kind of obsessive about it.

I've been taking Cytolean v2 which I'm not that impressed with.

I can't decide -- Lipo 6 or back to Mitotropin?

I do HIIT 3x week
weight lifting/light cardio 3x a week
rest on Saturdays

dazed and confused in the world of supplements.

Hey guys i was just wondering

Because currently i am taking Casein protein in the morning and night

ON 100% Whey for post workout

and BSN NO-Xplode for Pre workout

I know that BSN no-Xplode has a lot of dosage of caffine and Lipo 6x too has alot of caffine is it recommanded to take Lipo 6x as well? because i am currently quite interested in this product!

After using 6X, I went through a bottle of 6 Black, I found that with the black version, my body temperature is higher than normal, I sweat a lot more on the black as well, may be you can give that a try, but you have to take 6 caps a day with black.
