Calories/day for BF Mom?
I have been trying to be 'good' for a couple months with no real results. But I have been too scared to really limit my calories because I am still breastfeeding my 4month old and obviously want to pick my supply. Any of you do this and what was your calorie range? I thought sticking to the average 2000.
I do cardio 5 time/week and full body strength 2/week. So I figure the diet needs to change in order to actually see results.
Advice ladies?
