Thanks!

BCS Elastiflex is my top choice for a 'designer' product. Other than that, the basic glucosamine/MSM complexes are relatively inexpensive. Don't care for many of the designer products.

I'd have to cast my vote for Animal Flex. A friend swears by ElastiJoint, and he has dealt with extensive shoulder and elbow pain.

Joint Command by Pro Source...
If Ronnie Coleman takes it then its good enough for me. Watched a video of him taking his supplements and he mentioned this one, I'm on my second bottle now and it's the best I've ever had.

you can't be serious...not to sound like a dick but you haven't lifted very hard if your joints are never bothering you. I myself take them mainly for my knees as I have had 4 knee surgeries in the past 4 years, but my wrists and elbows also take a toll from the weights

depends on the percentage extract... The lower percentage ones help rebuild connective tissues(ligaments and whatnot) in joints. Higher percentage extracts seem to have some anabolic properties to them.

oh interesting, i didn't see them in most of the common products so was curious.
i was thinking of getting animals or now
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/univ/flex.html
-
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/now/gcm.html
i been using orange triad and i can tell you it doesn't do nearly much like whenever i get some aches back i take some of NOW's and 2 days later i feel good as new. stuff is like magic on me. but it might be working so good because i'm already taking orange triad and that's just stacking on top of it increasing the dose. i might benefit more if i take something with cisuss stacked on orange triad?

I just use the Kirkland Sig Glucosamine Chondroiton and my multi has a little MSM to which is a joint support as well. I've noticed a difference in my shoulders. They are always bothering me. But Joint V looks solid for the price. I would rather spend my money on other supps than some of the more expensive supps. I gotta strict budget to follow tho.
