Wink <3

I figure this is the best way for me to keep track of my progressings... Because I get so bored of writing them down in my little book. And a lot of the time I forget to. :P Posting online is kinda fun. ANYWAYS... THIS is my routine to prepare to be on my university track team.

medium intensity cardio for 30 min in morning, 30 min at night
legs/glutes/abs

(mind you this is totally without a gym right now so i am limited to my strength training of my own body weight only)

egg whites & low fat cheese w/ 1 flax bread, butter
25g protein w/ soymilk, strawberries/blueberries
1/4 cup milk, 1/3 cup cheese (weird snack i wanted.. totally unnecessary but meh.)
chicken & veg on ww tortilla
30g protein w/ water
chicken skewers w/ vegetables

Have to try to figure out how I am going to make this work for school :P going to be kinda ridiculous carrying so much **** with me all the time. Blah. I may have to get up veryyyyyy early. Trying to think of some good portable foods.. I know my third meal will be chicken salad without a doubt, its the 2nd one I'm worried about. Probably a protein drink for 2nd and 4th meal will be the most convenient. Dinner will always be up in the air because I don't know where I'll be, but that's easy to figure out anywhere... lean protein & fibrous vegetable. :x probably bring almonds for a snack, or peanut butter packets!! yay.

You are going to get strong lugging around all your books & food. Some days I had over 35 lbs to haul around campus!

What track events do you do?

haha true that.. the 15 min walk up hill with 30 lbs is definitely.. fun. :P

anyhoo.. i have found the most wonderful multigrain flax bread dealie. it's wonderful. i am considering replacing my oatmeal with it just because it would be convenient for school. and also that i am not a huge fan of oatmeal. mixing with egg whites and soy milk = nice french toast. :P yum. which is pretty much what i had for breakfast this morning along with... extra lean turkey = delicious. also had almonds, and a protein drink with soy milk and some blueberries.... blah blah. that's pretty much all i've had today so far. i feel so weird eating so many complex c's. my body never adjusted very well to them but could eat endless amounts of fruit and lose ridiculous amounts of weight. how the hell does that work? anyway.. im just trialing it right now and am limiting myself (for the most part) to my flax bread and my soy milk, each 1x a day. MAYBE someone can answer the question to my odd sensitivities to things low on GI. um.. also, I am for the most part SAD because I do not have a gym to go to due to lack of moneys. home is starting to suck, what kind of back exercises can you do without equipment??? does anyone have a frigging list of stuff you can do without equipment? that would be great. i decided to do my cardio tonight rather than this morning. i just dont feel like it.

hopefully i can make some friends off here, that would be cooooooool. :x i love meeting people from the states.. hahaha.
