Hey
Well a bodybuilder normally does 2 stages
either a bulk(gaining muscle, trying to not gain to much fat) and then they cut(maintain muscle, and lose fat so they can be "ripped")
For nutrition you will need to factor in a few different variables such as body type. There is ectomorph, mesomorph, and endomorph.
Look these up and look at the suggested diets for whicever you are.
The "basics" are eating multiple meals a day (around 6), with an even spread of calories and nutrition in each meal.
It will be high protein, and the carbs and fat will be determined by your body type.
As for workout, please do some research. most likely you will split up your workout throughout the week for different parts of your body.

lol wat..
You can't 'become' a bodybuilder in a year, bro. This **** takes years of work unless you plan on roiding like nothing else.

Dont listen to haters like this guy and I would suggest that you try to speak to someone in the profession. Contact Skip La Cour....or go to his website: www.skiplacour.com He has ton of information of how to get started. Keep your dreams alive. Good luck!

1. Be born with AMAZING genetics (might be fawked already)
2. Spend 4-10 years doing nothing but focusing on this goal
3. Eat your ass off and train like a beast, sleep like a bear for those 4-10 years
4. Have money to spend on the drugs needed
5 Profit?

I'd try talking or at least contacting an successful bodybuilder. I'm not a bodybuilder but seriously, find out from somebody who knows what they're talking about.
