Burn more calories than you eat, and you lose body fat. If she's not dropping fat, her nutrition is off. Is she actually
tracking her food intake, such as with
http://fitday.com? Just guessing at it won't get the job done, and it's especially true for females, since they're genetically coded to carry more bodyfat, and lower on their bodies.
If she's to drop that stubborn fat, she's going to have to work harder at it.
