Female Hip and Leg "Spot" Reduction

I've been talking with a lady at work who is in great shape and very lean in the upper body, but her hip, thigh, and butt are a bit fatty. She'd like to try to work on that as much as possible --- what's the "best" method (exercises, rep/sets)

Nutrition and cardio are the only things to reduce bodyfat %. In addition to this, of course, she should be doing a full-body, 3 day-a-week weight training routine.

See those comments are what I've been telling her-- and she works out a lot. And she's done sessions with me and she pushes really hard. As a result her shoulders, arms and back look fantastic...but the rest is a bit subpar.

Burn more calories than you eat, and you lose body fat. If she's not dropping fat, her nutrition is off. Is she actually tracking her food intake, such as with http://fitday.com? Just guessing at it won't get the job done, and it's especially true for females, since they're genetically coded to carry more bodyfat, and lower on their bodies.

If she's to drop that stubborn fat, she's going to have to work harder at it.

too many women are worried about excessive fat reduction. I don't like women with lower bodyfat than myself. Women by nature are supposed to carry more fat in those areas. There's a point when a woman goes overboard with it all, because imo a little bit of fat is better than none at all.
