5-Tetra Log, at long last
Alright I'm not going to lie, I got the product about a month ago and was beyond excited to try it because of everything that I had read about it. Unfortunately, I recieved it during finals week which delayed my start until after graduation. Sadly I got injured that week and this bottle has been staring at me on a daily basis since then, begging me to get back into the gym. Well, after 3 weeks of stretching and medicore cardio (seeing as that is all I was allowed) I am back and itching to go off the chains.
For those of you that don't know...
"5-Tetra is a combination of 4 powerful, naturally occurring substances. These key ingredients work synergistically to provide muscles with true increased energy at the cellular level. This will dramatically improve performance, contractility, strength, power output and total work your muscles are able to perform. No other supplement in existence today does what this unique formulation has been shown to do. 5-Tetra works by directly supplying ATP (cellular energy) to the muscle cells. Additionally, 5-Tetra is an aggressive ATP regenerator, supporting the synthesis and regeneration of new ATP within the muscle cell. Increased ATP allows increased training load, and harder, more intense muscular contractions to stimulate maximal muscle growth. 5-Tetra also stimulates increased testosterone production, and facilitates fat mobilization and the use of fat for energy"
According to the information, 5-Tetra is said to...
Directly increases levels of adenosine triphosphate (cellular energy)
Increases blood flow to muscle cells
Increases ATP by supplying direct precursor, cAMP
Increases testosterone production
Increases blood flow (for increased "pump")
Increases oxygen efficiency
Significantly decreases fatigue
Allows for more efficient energy production during anaerobic activity
Facilitates fatty acid and amino acid conversion into muscle energy
Works synergistically with other ingredients to increase overall production of ATP
Increases lipolysis
Facilitates use of fat for energy
Increases testosterone production
Increases peripheral blood flow
Tomorrow I'm going to start this and see where we go, I'm going as hard as I am currently allowed.
To give a little bit of information about myself, I just graduated from THE Ohio State University. I'm 22 years old, a former national level Olympic Style TKD fighter, and current fight trainer for a few individuals with whom I graduated. I currently work as security for a local Pub and I work the front desk at a gym.
Current Workout: I lift 5-6 days a week depending on my work and class schedule, I also to HIIT cardio 3 days a week. Currently I'm trying to gain size while dropping about 2% bodyfat. Currently at 9.8% (It's summer, I wanna blow people's minds at the pool this summer) Right now, I am currently not training myself for any TKD competitions but instead am working with a few guy in the OSU TKD Club train for a number of summer and fall tournaments.
Current Supplements: MusclePharm Combat (protein), PorMera Health Con-Cret (creatine), AST Multi Pro 32X (multi-vitamin), Supplement Direct BCAA, Magnum Nutraceuticals G (glutamine), CJI CLA, and CJI Omega-3
Lets see where this takes me. Now realize, the first few days will involve lighter weight higher rep exercises seeing as I am still moving back into lifting after almost a month off due to the pulled muscle in my upper back. If all goes well we should be back to where I was and beyond in no time.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Day 1
Alright, so day one is in the books.
I decided to assess my tollerance and took 3 instead of 4 pills today, seeing as according to the dosage matrix me weighing 170 has that as my dose. Coming back from my back injury I had to start out light but it's going to be great by the end of the week.
I took 5-Tetra about 45 minutes before I left for the gym, 30 minutes later I took my protien and the remainder of the stack. The only odd thing that I have to say about 5-Tetra is that I had some odd burping about 10 minutes after taking it. Nothing crazy but it was odd.
Today was shoulders
Barbell Military Press 45lbs/15 (warm up) 65/12 65/12 65/12 65/10
Rear Delt Flys 40/15 40/15 40/15 30/20
Kettle Bell Front Raise (with release) 10lbs/15 10/15 10/15 15lbs/10
Dumbbell Overhead Press 40lbs/12 40/12 40/12 40/12
Decline Crunch 4 x 25 Med Ball Twists 2 x 25
Ball Crunch 4 x 25 Lying Leg Raises 4 x 15
Felt great afterwards, but did get slightly light headed towards the end. Can't wait until I get to test it on some heavier weights.

Alright, so we had some unfortunate technical problems this week. But thankfully we still have hard copies such as "paper" to continue logs on until I was able to get my laptop running again. So here are days 2-5, without a doubt they were each incredible beyond what I could have imagined. I'm really loving this stuff.
Day 2 (July 7th)
Today I took the required 4 pills because I realized that I felt fine on the 3 I took yesterday. I really wanted the full effect. That and today was arms. Today I didn't have the burping I did the day before, so I don't know what that was about. But, I'm not complaining.
Supersets
DB Hammer Curl 25/12 25/12 25/12 25/12
DB Overhead Extension 55/12 55/15 55/15 55/15
Barbell Curl 60/12 60/12 60/12 60/12
Cable Pressdown 70/15 70/15 70/15 70/15
High Cable Curl 25/12 30/12 35/12 35/12
Cable Extension 60/15 65/15 75/15 75/15
Decline Crunch 4 x 25 Med Ball Twists 2 x 25
Ball Crunch 4 x 25 Weighted Crunches 70/40 80/40 70/40 80/40
KB Swings 35/20 35/20 35/20
Okay, so I know I went against my doctors request of not upping my weight inbetween sets this week. But this was arm day and I was feeling incredible during the lifting. I hadn't even done cardio yet and I was revving for more. The thing is it doesn't really kick in until after my warm-up cardio. Something about getting my blood flowing on this stuff, I'm not tired until I decide I'm done.
So today I did my HIIT on the bike. 5 minute warm-up, 10 sets of 45 seconds light and 15 seconds fast, and a 5 minute cool down.
I can't lie, so far I'm liking it, I was surprised it would kick in, in my system, this quickly.
Day 3 (July 8)
Felt great after yesterdays work out, my arms were still slightly sore but were still very full and I was loving it. Today I again followed my same routine and took the 4 pill 30 minutes before my protein and con-cret. Then waited another 30 before the gym.
Today was leg day, yeah I know but no complaints. Got do it all or else you come off as the idiot and I don't want to be top heavy. With my back still considered "injuried" I opted out of squats and went for the leg press, first time in awhile.
Leg Press 225/12 275/12 275/12 275/12
Calf Press 300/12 300/12 300/12 300/12
Leg Extension 80/12 80/12 80/12 80/12
Leg Curl 50/12 80/12 80/12 80/12
Decline Crunch 4 x 25 Med Ball Twists 2 x 25
Ball Crunch 4 x 25 Weighted Crunches 70/40 80/40 70/40 80/40
KB Swings 35/20 35/20 35/20
Afterwards I felt great, my calves were a bit sore during the presses so I didn't dial up the weight but I still felt as though I could've kept going. Sadly I was in a hurry and was unable to continue.
Day 4 (July 9)
Wow are my legs sore, this is obviously the one thing that got neglected yesterday... water intake. But today I was hyped, chest day. Time to really bring it. Sadly I had to go to the doctor and she said I needed to tone it back to about 50% of my 1RM. Good thing I did because much more and I doubt my upper back would've put up with it. 4 pills an hour before as always.
Bench Press 115/12 115/12 115/12 115/12
Incline Press 80/12 80/12 80/12 80/12
Cable Cross 30/12 30/12 30/12 30/12
PecDeck Fly 50/12 50/12 50/12 50/12
Decline Crunch 4 x 25 Med Ball Twists 2 x 25
Ball Crunch 4 x 25 Weighted Crunches 70/40 80/40 70/40 80/40
KB Swings 35/20 35/20 35/20
HIIT on the Bike: 5 minute warm-up, 10 sets of 45 seconds light and 15 seconds fast, and a 5 minute cool down. Not the best idea given my soreness but you gotta do what you gotta do.
Kind of disappointed that I didn't get to test out my chest today but injuries take time. Hopefully after my appt next week I'll have clearance to go up a but. I'm typically a high weight/low rep kind of guy so this is really different for me. The best part is, my muscles are not feeling tired as they normally would, really loving that. It's allowing me to up the rep number so I feel more personally satisfied about it.
Day 5 (July 10)
Today is honestly my biggest fear and I'm not gonna lie. Today is back day, and I've been dreading it for obvious reasons. But it must be done, 4 pills and hour before as always. I'm really liking this stuff. Sadly there's no pull-ups or dead lifts today, usually my favorite, but I have to allow for healing.
Lat Pull-Down 70/12 70/12 70/12 70/12
T-Bar Row 70/10 70/10 70/10 70/10
Hyperextensions 15 15 15
Good Morning 45/12 45/12 45/12 45/12
Decline Crunch 4 x 25 Med Ball Twists 2 x 25
Ball Crunch 4 x 25 Weighted Crunches 70/40 80/40 70/40 80/40
KB Swings 35/20 35/20 35/20
Felt great afterwards, which honestly surprised me. Hopefully I'll be doing hanging leg raises next week and I'll be able to at least do a few pullups next week. Hit me up with any questions. I'm feeling great and next week these will all be in daily rather than all at once.

Great info thus far man *shakes fist at search that wasn't possibly working last week....*
You will feel the effects of Peak ATP day one, as long as you bring it, you'll notice it!
FYI good information on Peak ATP:
http://www.adenergy.com/news/articles/peak_atp.pdf
Obviously we have our own solution for getting beyond the gut and getting it into the blood, otherwise oral ATP is destroyed. Great to see you diggin it though, this product is perfect for fighters & any athlete looking to improve performance day 1.
Might of taken you awhile to get the log up, but this is by far the most detailed i've seen. Appreciate it!
