I recieved my 12 week plan yesterday Ive been studying it so I can be sucessful over the next 12 weeks. I am trying to decrease my bodyfat its currently at a 24 I have a short term goal of 18% I think I can do this with the program
I am posting my meals today feedback would be great.
Meal 1 4eggwhites 1/2 yolk and 1/2 grapefriut
Meal2 1 scoop protien 10 almonds 1/2 cup water melon
Meal 3 1 can of tuna in water and 1/2 cup brocolli 1/2 slice fat free cheese sharp
Meal 4 1 scoop of protein 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Meal 5 chicken breast string beans 1/4cup cottage cheese
Supplements
2 scoops of xtend
1 prenatal multivitamin (ive always taken them no Im not pregnant)
2 fish flax borage oil
3 sesimain scivation
2 dialane scivation
today was off day as far as gym goes
Any feedback would be great I am trying to plan my meals based on the information given to me
