Whats happening with my weight?
For the last month I have been following a diet and working out at least 3 times a week and doing cardio 2-3 times a week and I lost only 2 lbs and my weight was stuck at 289lbs. I then got frustrated and said to hell with it. I didnt do any cardio or workout out the following week other than walking every now and then out of sheer boredom and I went on a bit of a binge and ate all the foods I had been depriving my self of. Nothing too crazy mind you, but I did go out and have a cheese burger one day and a few slices of pizza a few days later as well as I stopped counting calories. Well after I had vented my frustration, I decided to get back on the wagon and I was curious to see how much weight I had gained back. To my surprise, my weight had dropped from 289 to 283 and the difference was visible. How could this be? Any type of explanation would be appreciated. Im thinking of doing 4 weeks on and 1 week off as a routine now. would this be good or bad?
