Critique my diet

Hello everyone. I'm fairly new to eating healthy and exercises on a regular basis, but I believe I am starting to get into the groove of things. I have read A LOT from this site and have learned very much useful info. I have constructed a diet listed below. My goal as of right now is to mainly cut body fat.
I am 5'5 and weight 130lbs, and believe my maintenance is somewhere in the 1800-2000 cal. range.

meal 1- 4 Egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, small banana (plus fish oil pills)
meal 2Pre-workout- protein shake-(1 cup milk,1 scoop whey whey, oatmeal, small banana)
meal 3post-workout- 2 scoops whey protein
meal 4- 4 oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli, sweet potato
meal 5- 2-3 tbs natural peanut butter, 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese

Calories-1,622 p40/f25/c35

Any critique is welcome.
Thanks in advance.

You pretty much have the same stats as me. I'm at 1700-1750 calories and feel I eat WAY more then you. Might be the protein shakes. I have only 1 daily. I'd switch up meal #3 to have lean meat. I'm not an expert, I'll let the other experts on the site help you a bit more, but I'd try to switch out at least one of your proten shakes for "real" protein if you can! With the diet, do you feel full?

I'm new but I used sparkpeople to set up my meal plans. You can input your total daily calories, as well as your ratio for carbs/protein/fat and they will suggest a daily plan for those values. Anything you don't like you can sub out for something of a similar value. I found that to be the easiest way to know what I am eating and have some variety while still staying within my guidelines. Can't tell you yet if it works since I just started...

Looks good to me! Except I probably would have the sweet potato for after your workout versus meal 4.
