I'm currently planning an exercise routine with all of the helpful information found on these threads, as well as experimenting with lowcarb, lowfat, high protein dieting.
I'm just getting started but I know that with hard work and dedication, I will reach my goal of fit and fabulous! I'm hoping to one day maybe get into fitness modeling.
Anyway, my name is Amber and I'm seventeen years old. I've never been in sports or had the confidence to try out for them. Lack of physical confidence has too long been a hiderance to my life. I used to think starvation was the way to go, but that only proved a long, miserable, and unsuccessful road. I'm here to turn my life around and get fit the right way!
I don't have any SET plans yet for my routine, but I will have it figured out by the end of the week. Then I will post on here regularly and record my progress!
Current Stats:
Height: 5'6
Weight: 153 pounds
I haven't taken my body measurements yet but when I figure out EXACTLY what my approach is (i.e. my diet and exercise plans down to a T) then I will take the time out to record those measurements and really get started!
Here are some ideas I have:
HIIT cardio
A 3 or 5 day training split
Low carb, low fat, high protein diet (good idea?)
3 servings of low carb low fat yogurt a day (studies show you lose 61% more bodyfat when eating yogurt than with diet and exercise alone)
