i dont eat meat or fish so will taking creatine affect me differently?

i have eggs but ive never eaten meat and i wont
i dont need you telling me to eat it either but i bought creatine for the first time
and it has like 40 carbs and 40 sugar
will it act differenlty in my body since ive neve really had real from meat

Mmhm. As said, greater gains.

Red meat especially is high in creatine, therefore people who eat a lot of meat respond less to additional supplementation.
