Tips??
Sure bro..all i did was cut my meals down to 4 meals per day, chicken and tuna only with vege's and fish oil. 4 'servings' of bcaa's throughout the day split between meals with creatine, then cottage cheese before sleep

No, i don't take protein shakes.
I mean, take 4 servings of bcaa's throughout the day between your meals, but make sure you take creatine with the bcaa's...for example:
10am meal 1: tuna/vege's and fish oil (multi, hot rox extreme)
12pm supps 1: 6 bcaa tabs with 5g's creatine
2pm meal 2: chicken/vege's and fish oil
4pm supps 2: 6 bcaa tabs with 5g's creatine (hot rox extreme)
6pm meal 3: tuna /w cottage/vege's fish oil
8pm supps 3: 6 bcaa tabs with 5g's creatine (hot rox extreme)
10pm meal 4: chicken/veges /w fish oil
12am supps 4: 6 bcaa tabs, 5g's creatine, 3 ZMA tabs, cottage cheese
this is very similar to what i did with minor variations.
hope this helps
