5-Tetra Sponsored Log
Date:6/26/09
Weight:172
Workout:
Woke up drank some coffee, and ran for 4-5 miles, outside, at a moderate pace.
Went to gym, did biceps/triceps + 3 sets of power cleans.
Nutrition:
Pre Run: 2 cups coffee with some creamer
Post Run: 1 cup cottage cheese, yogurt, and fiber one cereal
Pre WO: 4 tablets of 5 tetra
Post WO: 2 scoops whey with 3/4 cup forzen berries.
Workout Reflection:
I didn't really feel a "pump" like I do when I take a supplement like NO Xplode, but for what Tetra lacked in a pump, it made up in other areas. I felt like I was able to do more sets than usual. I usually do 3 sets of 20 pushups supersetted, with 3 sets of 10 chin ups to begin a workout. Today I felt like doing 30 push ups, and the chin ups felt easier too.
Mainly I think that I felt less fatigued throughout the workout, and was able to workout harder. We will see if it was all psychological though, from reading the bottle. Excited to try again tomorrow, thinking about taking the tetra pre run tomorrow, I'm doing a half marathon.

Not psychological at all, that's exactly what ATP does my man. It's sort of kinetic, you gotta get the intensity rolling and then it'll take you further.
Been tearing up my latest contest prep lately jackin tetra
Keep rockin man.

Weight:180 (went to a couple buffets/grad parties haha) - water weight etc.
Workout:
I worked out after work today, which usually is a pretty lame workout... I unload trucks all day and I'm usually fatigues before I go to the gym.
Well.. after taking 5 tetra... I was completely rejuvenated! This is only my second dose, and I really enjoy this product. It seems like I'm able to complete sets of greater difficulty with less effort.
Nutrition:
1 cup oats + berries
50g protein powder
8 oz chicken breast and veggies
no xplode + 5 tetra
50 g protein
8 0z chicken + carrots

Nice, still hitting 4 tabs? Just be careful taking it with NO-Explode (be sure to seperate for 30 minutes). But we went over that before, if your CNS can take it... it can.
Great news on the workout, no surprises that 5-Tetra rejuvenated you! I've been giving tetra to MMA fighters, runners, & football players since last year and they absolutely love it (especially the fighters).

Best workout of my life:
I biked 12 miles to the gym today because I don't have to work, and I really wanted to test the endurance capabilities of 5-tetra.
I wasn't disappointed! I made it through the ride with minor fatigue, and had an awesome bicep/tricep workout. It was unreal, I recommend to anyone reading this to definitely buy 5-tetra just to try it out. You don't really feel anything like a pump per say, but you definitely can tell.
I biked 24 miles today, and lifted more weight than I can usually do without biking that distance. That says it all, I'm definitely hooked on 5-tetra, I just hope the effect doesn't diminish like NO xplode does.
The funny thing is.. I did that all on 2 cups of coffee with a lil cream...
Nutrition:
PreWO 5 tetra + coffee
PostWO banana, berries, water, and whey protein
rest is TBD

hah i'll take the bolded anyday! The effects won't diminish, I would recommend only taking it 5 days a week tops and after 4 weeks cycling off of it for 2 weeks (personal pref). Usually i've beaten the **** out of myself so badly in 4 weeks that I could use some time off for lower key concentrated workouts. But that's just me.
Training insane can take it toll after 2 weeks though i'm ready to hammer it again in higher gear with Tetra.

Achieve Incredible Workouts with 5-Tetra - Bike,Lift, Run
Hey buddy just wanted to say nice job with the logs and also with your workouts. Let me share some info that may help you.
You're right you will not feel the typcial NO pump from 5-Tetra as 5-Tetra works through different mechanisms and does not cause fluid retention in any way. If you're training higher volume, you'll be able to achieve a "real pump" not a Nitric Oxide Pump. I like both and when I want the best of both world's for size and strength then I'll stack 5-Tetra with 1-2 scoops of 4-Nitro Tropic (one before and one during - at times mixed with 8-Beta).
I have found when I'm cycling or mountain biking I don't want the pump, as my quads swell up (pump) and it kills my endurance. However much to what you experienced, you can do a 12 mile bike ride and still go into the gym, glycogen depleted and have a great workout. This is where because of the extended release delivery of the ATP via the Nutrateric coated tablet you'll exeprience this unending power for up to 6 hours.
When I received my first batch of 5-Tetra back in 2005 - I was so jacked up and amazed at how I felt I trained for 5 Hours! Yes of course I know this is extreme, raises cortisol and goes against the grain of the "heavy duty 30 minute workout" bunch, but that has never been my poison. I speak for almost all of the 5-Tetrafied fanatics that have written to me about their experiences with the product that, the fun only starts after the first hour.
So if you're a runner (hammering out a 4 miler in the morning tells me this) and it looks like you have agood handle on your diet, man there's nothing you can't do, or at least attempt on 5-Tetra.
One of our EPIC Performance athletes recently completed his first century ride (100 miles) Mountain Bike Race in Colorado - here's an excerpt from the email he sent me after the race:
Sunday June 7
100 mile bike race. Finished in 5hr 45minutes.
Heart Rate 21:39 above 150bpm
5:02:39 between 135 and 150bpm
41:16 below 135bpm
Avg was 146
Max was 175
4448 calories burned
less than 500 caloties taken in.
Pre Ride 5am.
50g protein shake. 10oz of Red potatoes 1 E2Voltage, 4 - Endorphix, 4 - 5-Tetra
During Ride
12 5-Tetra(4 at each feed stop), 6 scoops of 4-Nitro (1.5 at each feed stop), and 3 servings of E-Hydro taken at mile 50.
Post ride: 2 Beers, 2 BBQ chicken sanwiches, 1 choc chip cookie, 1 large thin crust pizza.
Pretty crazy but this guy is a madman! He competed in a Bodybuilding Show just 1 month prior!
After a ride like this you deserve a few beers and cookies!
Hope this was helpful.
