Beach is about it. Nothing worth seeing outside of it, just a bunch of rednecks. If you aren't from the area McGuire's is definitely a good place for dinner over in Destin.

anybody know bout this sullivan act crap?
we had a mission yesterday and our CO wouldn't let my brother and I both be on it. We said we didn't care, what if we get our parents permission? these are pretty lame missions anyways, so i dont see why we can't go together, we arent even in the same truck.
any body got info for me to present to the CO?

Yea there is no such thing. Well actually there is, but nothing to do with that. Tell your CO he's a moron, LOL.
Reference to a "Sullivan Act" in connection with family members serving in the same ship/unit is a popular misconception. The Sullivan Law of 29 May 1911 is a New York State Law dealing with firearms.
Although proposed after the death of the five Sullivan Brothers, no "Sullivan Act" was ever enacted by Congress related to family members serving together.
Similarly, no President has ever issued any executive order forbidding assignment of family members to the same ship/unit.

I hit up the Air Force Armament Museum in Ft. Walton earlier today. They have some really cool stuff inside the museum including a nice arsenal of guns used over the years by our forces. I never realized how much smaller the F-16 was than the F-15 until I saw the two in person side by side. I was also amazed at how damn huge the bunker busters are.
Seeing the MOAB was pretty sweet as well.

****, he wrote the SOP which said under conplans we fall under ADOC. well our last conplan ADOC called an all clear, and our commander sent us all back to our posts because HE didn't call all clear.
well technically we didn't fall under him according to his own rules... of course he doesn't even listen to himself!
