You can get away with nolva only (like I am), but it would be better if you got some arimidex or letro as well.

1. Deadlifts - 135 x 15, 225 x 10, 315 x 10, 365 x 7, x6, x6, x5, 315 x 11 (New Pr on these, 365x 3 was previous best before cycle... Max before cycle was around 430, now it is probably near 500! Exciting I know!)
2.Barbell Rows - 135 x 12, 205 x 10, 225 x 8, x7, x6 (Lower back pump was really bd and had to stop early)
3. Single arm row machine (150lbs)supersetted with single arm wide db rows(40lbs)(to hit upper back)- 8+8, 8+8, 8+8
4. Seated Row supersetted with explosive band rows - 150 x 12 + 20, 190 x 10 + 15, 190 x 10 + 15, 190 x 10 + 15, 190 x 10 + 15

Prehab/Rehab
Chest stretches, lat stretches, external rotations

Took nolva for 3 days at 20mg to get rid of sensitive nipples, now they are good. I thought I was strarting to get a acne breakout a couple of days ago, but it turns out there were ants in my bed that came in through my window and I had a bunch of ant bites all over me (wtf). Since I dropped the dbol I have felt better, but the back pumps are still there unfortunately, but I will be ok.
Current weight - 212 bf%- 12.8

I am not sure if I should increase my calories as I may have hit the point diminishing returns, or if I should just cruise at this weight until I want to cut towards the end of the cycle? Input would be greatly appreciated!

wanted to do cardio, but I swear with the amount of food I am intaking I just don't have the energy the past week and a half, but will force myself to do some intervals tomorrow though...

Great Chest workout! Not as many exercises as usual but the pump was awesome.



Like I said, I feel full all of the time so some of my energy is waning . I guess I just gotta man up and do this **** though!

where is every1 getting gear? local sources or is any1 ordering them online? online seems kinda sketchy due to fakes and customs picking stuff off, but local sources (by me anyway) are hard to come by and they dont offer a huge selection

re: OP how many calories are you up to right now? and how much time left again? did your sizing up stop or something? just curious where that "cruise at this weight versus upping kcals" comment came from.

nice to see you got back on the HIIT and BRA-fukn-VO on your gym prowess fam. if nothing else i know people (me included) are getting some good inspiration on your routines alone!

how is your intensity versus before your run? strength is obviously on the up - but are you also incorporating more exercises in your routines?

I was up to 5300 , but now cutting at 2600 today. I have maybe 6 weeks left of injections I think. I was getting a little fat and too big for my tastes. When you chaffe everyday b/ your legs are too big, then it is def. time to cut IMO. My intensity is always pretty high, ppl in the gym know me as a pretty intense lifter. My strength especially this past week is way up, squatting 300lbs for 8 reps easily for 4 sets (should really go up). I have added a couple of new exercises here and there but the routines are pretty similar to what I logged before.


Sorry I haven'te kept up, just logging everything was taking up too much time. My workouts are generally the same and my weight is now at 221@13% bf. I started my cut today, and will keep it up for maybe 3 weeks and then maintain the rest of the cycle. Things are great though! Lots of size and strength, absolutley no sides, very much feel like this was worth it!

did u drop the dbol yet? what happened? i dropped it on week 4 my strength was going up crazy and now it went down a bit and kinda platoed

you dropped the dbol on May 12 ... so for the last 3 weeks your strength has been dropping?? how much test? 400mg EW?

your test be no good, or your diet be no good, or your intensity be no good. hopefully its one of the latter two and you can adjust accordingly.

Yeah my parents visited me on may 13thtill 26th so my intenisty and routine died fast also i dropped the dbol one day before they came my strength went down like 5-10 pounds on the heavy exercises didnt lose weight though gained an inch on my gut. But stenght hasnt gotten down anymore i just picked up the intensity and routine this week. So hopefully i get the results i was getting before they visited

yea I dropped it after maybe 22 days as I was getting some sensitive nipples. My strength did not drop and went up actually as the test just started kicking in week 4-5.

I haven't been updating, very busy and a little lazy with this. My workouts have been great, strength has been great, everything going very well.
Started palumbo diet 2 weeks ago and have dropped down to a pretty lean 210 with no strength decreases. I was getting pudgy at 220 I am not sure how much longer my injections will last as the vial is looking very low. I may only get to 10.5-11 weeks unfortunately, my stealth sachets leaked a bit when I transferred in the beginning so I wasted a couple of injections I think...
Some sides I have gotten recently were some small pimples on my forearms (weird I know) since I started dieting. Not bad and not very noticeable IMO, but sides nonetheless. I have also been a little bit moodier (been grumpy haha), but again this might be due to dieting (not sure).
Unsure as to how much longer I will keep the diet up, may stop it this weekend and go back up to just a little bit above maintainence through PCT.
Overall very satisfied and will probably put some more pics up soon.

Took my last shot today. Ran out so the cycle only lasted 10 weeks, but I am still satisfied for a first cycle. Will start PCT in 2 weeks, nolva only @ 40/40/20/20/20. Will keep calories at around 3700 to maintain. Will be interesting seeing what I actually keep!

dbol 50mg ED (25mg for the first 5 days as i only have 50 caps of 25mg per cap and wnt a full 28 days)

Your cycle turned out awesome man ! Makes me excited reading what u did, I started my cycle 6 days ago of 500mg Test/week n 30mg D-bol/day. Haven't felt anything of yet but still obviously a bit to early for that. Bit frustrating waiting for it now reading your stuff lol. Also used 100mg Deca this week, was supposed to be 200mg but my 2nd vile shattered ?!Getting some more next week which is a bit stronger at 350mg/ml, REALLY need it for my joints because they are well n truly stuffed. So as of next Monday (1st day , 2nd week) I will be using 500mg Testoviron/week, 350mg Deca/week n 30mg D-bol/day for the next 9 weeks. I'm only doing a 10 week cycle n will be cutting the D-bols out at week 6 or 8 ... still deciding, will see how it goes. If I can get anything close to your results I will be very very chuffed.

Looking back at your first post our stats are basically identical. I am currently 192lbs, between 5'11 - 6'0 n 10% bodyfat. What did your diet consist of ? Will attach my diet for WEEK 1-2, WEEK 3-4 n WEEK 5-6. Let me know what u think, thanks. Forgot to add the 30g brown rice to my lunch. It's around 350g carbs/day to start with for the first couple of weeks.

If you woud have read in the beginning I wasn't going to lift heavy as I had some nagging injuries and wanted to be careful... As you can see I made up for it in volume easily. Plus my results have been great anyway brah. Congrats on being so strong though. Notsaying you're lieing but I would like to see vids of some of those e-lifts, 225 bicep curl especially LOL

Anyway, I am noticeably softer (sigh), but strength is intact so far and weight is steady at 208-210 (3-4 pounds lighter than my last injection). Week 3 of nolva so far so good! Will post pics atend of all this

Ha I held 210 NATURALLY for 4 years. Doing a show in less than a week brah. you're weak as hell man. I'm still squatting 315 for reps
