Is this home workout effective?

Hi.

I do not have acess to a gym or any big fancy weights. I will try make do with what I have. I have made a rough upper body workout for people to view and comment on. This is only upper body, and will only be done 3 days per week. I will try make a lower body workout now.

Chest -
Dumbell bench press - 3 sets of 12
Flat chest flies - 3 sets of 12

Back -
1 arm dumbell row - 3 sets of 12
Shrugs - 3 sets of 12

Shoulders -
Seated dumbell presses - 3 sets of 12
Front raises - 3 sets of 12

Biceps
hammer curls - 3 sets of 12
Preacher curls - 3 sets of 12

TRiceps
TRicep kickbacks - 3 sets of 12

3 sets of 15 pushups
3 sets of 15 crunches
3 sets of 5 pull ups

Dumbell weights range from 5 kilograms to 15 kilograms.
would that be effective? How can I improve it?

any workout is effective, but on a real tip, yes that is going to be effective, just dont finish and have a beer or fatty / sweety foods. you will then render the workout ineffective!
