optimum whey protein and cellmass

how do i implement both of these into my schedule, like do i take them both at the same time post workout or what

I like to have a protein shake in the morning (1 scoop whey, glass of milk)
I have another shake midday ( 1 scoop whey, usually water here because i dont like milk before or too close to a lift)


Immediate after you lift ( have a cellmass shake)

about 45 mins - 2 hrs later have another protein shake 2 scoops of whey and milk




you can also take the cellmass in the morning when you get up if you want. some people say it has some benefits, others just say you piss it out. cellmass is pretty expensive to be pissing out in the morning so id just stick with it post workout. try NO xplode if you want a pre workout shake.

You should take the protein shake right after a workout. Cellmass is a waste of money, IMO.
