35 x 10 rp x 5 Drop to 20 x failure
40 x 8 rp x 5 drop to 20 x failure
45 x 6 rp x 3 drop to 20 x failure
only had 25 minutes to burn in the gym. I think I got it done

Good sesh mate, and glad to hear you had a good time at Tahoe. That lake looks very nice. I find when I have a time constraint at the gym I seem to have a much more productive workout, much more intense. You sound pretty busy these days mate!

Excellent. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Lake Tahoe. My weekend was great as well, but now it's time for me to catch up on the logs.
New pics! You are looking 100% better than the last set I've seen, and I'm not just saying that. More mass on your frame definitely suits you, and you have the strength to back it up. Looking swole with clothes > abs

If I had more time I would have rested between sets a bit more so the heavy sets would be more productive, but meh. Very busy these days ...

Thank you sir, no keto.....low carb and I don't mix as in, it's not optimal. It's EASY though so I'm not ruling out going back to some low carb thing.

You should see the kind of swirls I can do during the day, not at night
That's fine, and funny -- I don't think I've seen troy except where Pitt fights that big guy and takes him out in one slice....epic. I need to watch it! I love that time period. Crankyness ftl but hyperpuppy must have made up for it.... a tad?

10's x ~ 15
15's x ~ 15 RP x 8 RP 5
15's x ~ 10 Drop to 10 x failure --- --- back to face pull x failure
DB rows -- NO rest, just back and forth
Wanted to try this....kind of like a RP Giant set
85 x 10
85 x 6
85 x 4
Per side, as pretty good!
I have been having some lat "achyness" issues, I got them in Tahoe swimming, last night at work moving stuff around....so I went less volume and didn't do the extreme stretches which is what I think may be doing it....they're not recovering properly etc....
This morning I not only felt down physically but also mentally, until I grabbed the iron in my 3rd set of rows, then it all changed.
I feel AWESOME now and will hopefully be going back for some cardio/biceps right before work but most likely I'll just go on a stroll in the 90 degree hot weather to grab an ice cold drink at the store ~ 1-2 miles away so....yeah.

Good workout alex, back is looking wide.
How do you think your intensity level is for your workouts? Sweating after the first few sets? Do you think your progress so far is where it should be?
Do you use monkey-grip for pull-ups, pull downs, etc? I feel it alot more when I use that grip.
Just getting things rolling...
