maybe a little 2 month progress?
I know the pictures aren't that great of quality to compare with each other but all last year i didn't work out at all, i just got back into it 2 months ago when break started..
anyways im gonna continue for the next two semesters and see where it gets me.
im definitely a hard gainer so on the good side, whenever i do gain weight its mostly just muscle, on the bad side, its hard to gain weight in the first place...
first picture is from end of last semester right before summer (sorry that its so small just zoom in a little to get an idea)
