Incline is a great hybrid between both without their weakpoints.
Thanks for the info DiamondDelts. Any other help you can offer me on my shoulder workout? I want a lot of ammo to use to maybe shock them into some major growth.

My delts have NEVER been sore the day after much less a few hours later. I work them until they burn. Strict form, full range of motion, high and low reps.

Diamond Delts I need delt help alot since it is one of my lagging body parts. Please advise aof a good routine where I am sore as hell the next day and I will give a a try.

Thanks bro!

My shoulders had never been sore until i decided to utilise constant tension on them meaning there are no rests for the soulders say at the top of the exercise or at the bottom.

For example, lateral raises. One way to really blasts those delts is to use partial ROM. On the negative portion of the laterals, don't go all the way down as in letting the DBs touch your thighs. Instead, when the DBs are about a foot away from your thighs on the way down, immediately go back uo. This puts constant tension on the medial delts.

I also like close to vertical incline Hammer grip DB shoulder presses whereby the negative portion of the exercise ends when the bar is around eye level and you go back up about 7 inches.

Wink

Dunno if anyone mentioned them but you would do well to give upright rows or upright cable rows a try for them delts.

immediately grab the dbells 5 lbs heavier, do 10
grab the original weight, do 10

thats one set. by the fourth, you shouldnt get 10 and you should feel like your delts are on fire.

does that excersise put on mass?... or for cutting?
