Losing the last little bit of fat
Hey everyone. So I've been dieting pretty hard for the last 2 months. Ive gone from around 228 to 214ish and my bodyfat has definately gone down. To see the newest pics, they are on my bodyspace site now. I am following a high protein, low carb, moderate-high fat diet. It has worked great and the only carbs i take in are pre and post workout. But the problem I am facing now is how to get rid of the last little bit of fat around my midsection where my bottom abs are. You can see the top abs but the bottom 2 are overed by a layer of fat that I cannot seem to get rid of. I am doing an hour of cardio a day 6 days a week. Any suggestions? All help is much appreciated
