Exclamation 24 yo insulin dependent diabetic looking to lean up

I'm fairly new to bodybuilding(on and off for a year) and trying desperately not to use my diabetes as an out. I'm getting tired of trying supplements and different workouts, looking for some advice. I want to add muscle and lose body fat(what most people on here want.) Here is my basic training and nutrition.

Insulin dependent - lantis and apedra

Wakeup and eat breakfast: usually oatmeal and an apple or whole wheat toast with egg whites. Supp - 1 multi, 1 CLA, 1 Fish Oil

Snack: 1/2 Protein shake 2 scoops per shake of whey so 25 grams protein in 1/2) mixed with oj flax and fruit w/ natty peanut butter toast

Lunch: 8oz chicken breast. Supp - 1 multi, 1 CLA, 1 Fish Oil

Snack: Other half of protein shake and 2nd slice of pb toast

Preworkout: 1 scoop whey, 2 Kre-Alkalyn creatine pills

1 hour of lifting with 90 sec between every set light jog on treadmill

Postworkout: 1 scoop whey, 2 Kre-Alkalyn, 1 multi, 1 CLA, 1 Fish Oil

Dinner : Chicken or Tilipia w/ broccoli or peas and brown rice or baked potato

Bedtime: 1 scoop casein Supp - 3 ZMA

Please help and tips are much appreciateded, thanks!
