the top is top notch the bottom hmmm
Hey ladies. How are ya'll doing?
I hope that you are ready for the 4th! My husband is coming back from Iraq on the 3rd ( I hope ) so I am definitely ready. lol
Anyway... do any of ya'll have a problem with being very lean like on your arms and even stomach and then the booty and thighs have some extra poundage that just needs to go? I'm getting kind of frustrated at them. lol
I do a ton of squats to make the muscles more defined and kind of round everything off but I feel like there really isn't anything else I can do. I don't want to get any skinnier up top bc then my wrist bones start sticking out. =P
Ok well thanks ya'll!
Jess

Build up the top to match the bottom.

it is actually very common for women to store proportionally more fat in the lower body.
it is there for the baby-making factory.
even if you get freakishly lean (low teens), chances are your legs will still be relatively fatter compared to your upper body. imo it's one of those things you have to come to terms with in life
as kyle said, build bigger shoulders, chest and back to create an illusion of balance.

Yep. I know that situation
Time to stop leaning out, get the cals up, and build more muscle all around.
Your transformation is awesome! Congrats! You've made quite a turnaround.

Dang, you look great already! When did you have your second child? I had mine in Sept 2008.
Anyway, personally I don't see any problems with your physique but we are always hardest on ourselves. I agree with what everyone else said, you'll have to build some muscle on your upper body... shoulders, lats, arms. I'm bottom heavy too and gaining the muscle that I have gained on my upper body brought my physique into proportion.

Looking at your photos, I agree with BuffedWildCat. I don't believe you look out of proportion.

I think she's fine, too, IowaGuy. But I mean, I think there are a lot of women around who look hot, each in their own way, and yet they want to change.
Unfortunately women aren't much interested in men's opinions, they want to feel good in themselves
