Cracking Knees
I'm having a pretty hard time trying to work out my legs with any real weight. Everytime I extend or bend my knees they crack. Just wondering what I should do. Wraps, bandages, supplements?

It'll lessen and disappear over time.
Mine still crack when I'm not warmed up.

Yea warm up and maybe run and just push through it and don't let it bother you UNLESS you are having pain.
