I dont have ridiculous shredded glutes and I still have lower back water/fat.. I have weight to lose.. 10lbs is nothing.. I woke up this morning weighing how much i did before
I started my carb deplete and everything and my final week at 195.... but I am MUCH fuller and harder right now.... 3 weeks days of only 50 grams of carbs will do the trick

Matty, just wanted to tell you that you looked SICK and dialed in as hell! Sorry I had to dip out after prejudging
If you could add the same amount of size again next bulk you will be a true contender.

thanks man! I was wondering where you were. yea if I can take middleweights at collegiates, I am taking two years off and adding some very serious size. I want to come in at the very top of the LHWs next time i do a show... I dieted for the last 3 years and I need to make some serious improvements to come out on top of the open so I gotta let my body grow and stop dieting.. I wont get as fat this time though

If you come in with Shredded glutes, then you will be set. David Henry could have used some at the New York Pro

First off, congrats to Matt. Great job kid.
Now, it's time for Joseph's 15 controversial words!
1.) Your posing still needs some work.
2.) I like rap, but your posing music sucks!
3.) I could tell you just "wung" it in your posing routine, I think you should plan ahead so you don't hit the same shots multiple times.
4.) You only used pro-tan? Try a finisher.
5.) I don't think it's wise to try to lose about 20+ pounds in less than 3 weeks, you might come in way too flat.
6.) I think one thing you don't realize is that sodium doesn't really play a part in fullness when water is completely cut out. You are relying on potassium+water from days ahead for that, which you are getting more than enough of from foods like potatoes. In fact, if anything you're getting too much when you compare it to your minimal amounts of sodium starting four days ahead. This could cause aldosterone, which would only be hurting you on stage.
7.) Anyone who says MattyH has gyno, has a small peepee. They should also be awarded for their captain obvious-like-skills, since everyone already knew that.
8.) I think your plan to add more water into your next carb-up is a good idea. How many days were you loading water @ 3 gallons before your carb-up?
9.) I don't see how training with a slacker such as Collin from Slippery Rock would help your placing!
10.) Props to LazyBone for driving down to Philly with Matt. However, Tommy Jeffers is a douche-nozzle.
11.) Your back looks fantastic, big improvement from last year.
12.) Props on buying everything yourself for this show, it gets tough. Good thing you're a hustla!
13.) Once again, I wouldn't worry about which weight class you make. Just focus on coming in at whatever weight you look best. Best combination of fullness and dryness.
14.) I'm glad i'm not the only one that noticed that baldness taking place on that hairline! J/K!!
15.) Good luck at your next show brosky!

Yeah? And why is that exactly? I personally think anyone who is this insecure about themselves that they need to talk sh*t about someone they've never met or even had a conversation with is a douche-nozzle...but hey, that's just me.

LOL - never met the guy and don't even know who he is. He mentioned Layziebone making the drive to see Mattyh at his show, so I'm sure that's what sparked the name-calling for whatever reason since I have been helping Bob for a long time as a coach/trainer. Or it could be the way I responded to Mattyh in a different thread because of how he initially repsponded to someone's honest question.
Either way it really doesn't matter - people who know me and know what I'm about in this industry would disagree with him, and that's all I care about.
Honestly, I'd rather we not clog up anymore more of this thread with all this nonsense. If JoeFlex, or Mattyh, or anyone else has a problem or issue with me, they can pm me and handle it like a mature adult.
Mattyh made a great transformation, placed well, and I'm sure learned a lot about himself and contest prep in general. Let's keep the thread going for him in a positive way.

i dont like that you put sporto at the end of your posts...thats why you have a username
you sound like an old man trying to call someone out...
i also dont like your name "Tommy Jeffers"... it just annoys me
other than that you obviously know what your doing so carry on!
