Purple Wraath, Green Mag, White Flood - Triple Lemon Stack - Review!
FINAL REVIEW - PURPLE WRAATH, GREEN MAG, WHITE FLOOD
First I would like to take the time to thank the guys over at CL for giving me the oppurtunity to log these products. I initially only thought I would be logging/reviewing the new Purple Lemonade flavor of Purple Wraath but the guys over at CL hooked me up with a complete lemon stack! You guys are awesome for hookin me up.
Purple Wraath - Purple Lemonade
Cyberstore Link
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/purple.html
Taste: 8.5/10
I had tried a sample of grape Purple Wraath a while back and this is alot better than that. It's deffinatly got a nice lemon flavor but isn't too sweet. I'd recommend mixing with at least 24 oz. of water for best flavor. And drink it chilled too. Chilled Purple Lemonade = Delicious!
Mixability: 9/10
After about 10 seconds of shaking it is pretty much mixed well. Gotta give it a shake every now and then, but the longer it sits the better it mixes. No clumps. If you use less water you may have to shake more, but it dissolves quite well.
Effectiveness: 8.5/10
I have never used an EAA product extensively before this log. Purple Wraath provides a smooth energy boost throughout my work out and helped me push through those last few sets. It also helped me with DOMS. Even after the toughest workout DOMS were alot less severe then before using PW. Have had to up the dosage to two scoops in the last week or so, but deffinatly should be a staple of anyones supplement stack.
Overall: 8.5/10
I would deffinatly reccommend this product for anyone. The new lemonaid flavor is great for anyone who loves lemons. With 90 servings per container you aren't going to find a much better deal for an EAA product. Purple Wraath also contains Beta Alanine which is a big plus. Gotta love the BA tingles. This also helped great with DOMS. If you are looking for something to help you push through a tough workout this is a product that is deffinatly worth a try!
Green Mag - Electric Lemonade
Cyberstore Link
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/mag.html
Taste: 9/10
The lemon taste of this was different from Purple Wraath. It was a little sweeter but I liked it better. Actually had a little tang to it which was nice for me.
Mixability: 7.5/10
Green Mag would eventually mix all the way. But it took alot of shaking. After alot of shaking there were a few small clumps in it. But after more mixing it was fine. Just takes a little longer than PW.
Effectiveness: 8.5/10
Before using Green Mag I hadn't used a creatine product in over 2 months. I feel that Green Mag helped keep me fuller on off days once my muscles were saturated. I deffinatly felt that it also aided my endurance during workouts along with Purple Wraath. I would recommend this is a creatine for anyone.
Overall: 9/10
First of all Green Mag comes with 80 servings which is awesome! You can't beat its price. It helped keep me full on off days and it tastes great. I would recommend this product to anyone.
White Flood - Electric Lemonade
Cyberstore Link
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/clabs/flood.html
Taste: 9/10
This is my second tub of White Flood and my first tub was Gen. 1. This tub was Gen. 2 and the flavor blows Gen. 1 out of the water! The lemon flavor is very similar to Green Mag's flavor. I like its extra sweet and tartness.
Mixability: 8.5/10
Not many problems mixing White Flood. I mixed it in about 8-10 oz. of water so clumps were inevitable but after a good shaking it was fully dissolved.
Effectiveness: 9/10
White Flood is a great preWO supplement. It gave me an awesome boost of energy before the gym. But I never got jittery or anything, the energy was smooth and sustained throughout my workout. The pumps from this product are great too. I have never felt pumps in my Lats and Bi's before I used White Flood.
Overall: 9/10
This is a great preWO supplement. Like Purple Wraath, White Flood also has Beta Alanine in it which is great, more BA tingles! The energy I got from this product was very smooth and got me excited to hit the gym. I've never had pumps from any product like I had from White Flood. Would deffinatly reccommend! It tastes great too!
Stack Review - 9/10
Purple Wraath, Green Mag, and White Flood together is a simple stack that cannot be beat. The flavors of all three products are great. They are very reasonably priced per serving and very effective. This stack has all your bases covered. An EAA product, Creatine product, and preWO supplement are essential to any supplement regiment. And this one can't be beat! These products will be staples of my stack for a long time.

It's best to take WF pre, as well as GM. Reason being for GM it'll help shuttle in the creatine to the muscle cells for additional energy. And yes, PW intra
