This is perfect. I always check out pee color (my own that is). I like the glowing anti freeze color I get post vitamin taking.

Bingeing during heartbreak leads to bloating and is bad..... why do I (and most people I guess) use food to get through heartbreak, stress, etc??
I would never have called myself an 'emotional eater' until I analysed my past behaviour and my behaviour lately.
I have to stop it from happening again so I've written a letter to myself and will post it on my fridge and read it every day in the hope that it will help prevent another 'binge'
How does everyone else cope with stresses and a broken heart????

Awe HoneyMustard, what's wrong?
Hmmm, if I'm depressed I play some video games, workout hard, go for long bike rides alone to get away....and occasionally go to a dark, musty old bar and drink my heart out. lol then sigh, and move the heck on! No point in being all depressed all the time, you just attract more people like that around you.

I binge eat too, I think alot of people do but some won't admit it though. The thing that I find is after the 'binge' That I feel terrible about having binged, and that bad feeling leads to a more determined attitude toward workouts, getting in shape, etc... Actually in a way a binge, for me, sometimes works out to be a good thing. It gets me back on track. Hopefully it doesn't happen very often nor do the causes of the binge esp. relationships or such. Take it in stride, this is life continue on, and think about yourself, your #1!!!! Show that someone your not beaten, take pride in yourself......

I workout, ride my bike and spend time at the ocean. The last thing I want to do is retard my progress when I am already feeling sucky.

Anybody have big plans for the Fourth?
I have Friday off so I will do a leg workout of epic proportions. Since we live at the beach everyone is coming over to our place on Saturday. I think it will be fun and chill.

I have to say (because this is supposedly a health forum) that at 47 you look 20 years older than your age. You are literally a heart attack waiting to happen. 5'4 and 229lbs, and your face is red because of your weight.
Mate, lose 60lbs or you won't see your 52nd birthday

bekki,
I've thought it over, and decided that the frilly party dress might be too much for the more squeamish on this site. A pretty picture, it was not.
It just wouldn't be fair to subject innocent people to the likes of it.
I am, however, re-evaluating other girlie options.
I will keep you posted
