Body Fat %
I recently bought a scale that also tells you your body fat %. I have heard before that these arent that reliable when it comes to reading your body fat, so dont take it too seriously. I am starting to believe that; according to my scale I am at 21%, but if I follow the guide that came with the body fat calipers that I got from BodyBuilding.com, it says that I am at 14.6%. Just curious to see what everyone thinks about body fat scales and their accuracy!

your scale says you should attach an image that you want us to judge by.

They are useless, and even if they were accurate its just a number that nobody cares about. Go by image not number.

Scales are useful to track trends but not absolute readings. My scale tells me one thing, my tape measure tells me another. However, both agree that I am losing BF% at about the same rate.

Depends on if the person knows how to use calipers at all or not.

My feeling does not depend on if the person knows how to use calipers PROPERLY(let's add consistently as well) or not. Sorry bro.
