My Bulking Diet.

I started my bulking diet on 6-23-09. It basically consist of 250g of protein and about 300g of low gi complex carbs. About another 10 - 20g of good fats. I am 6'5 235 as of right now. What do you guys think?

More fats. 10-20 grams is very low. I would shoot for at least 60 grams of healthy fats at your weight on a bulk. Everything else looks good. Train hard and grow!

according to my program, the calories coming from my carbs and fat should be the same.

so i have about 300g of carb and 130 gram of fat.

Low GI carbs and good fats as well.

studies show, more good fat = increase in testosterone

Hey quick question. I just got done with week one of lifting and on the new bulking diet. I took some new measurements and weighed myself. Says that I went down two pounds in weight but the only lose was in my waist. I know thats good, but is this something to be concerned about when bulking up?
