was around 2700-2800 for awhile, but with these fun finishers and conditioning i do I think 3000 will suffice. I used to be one of those "scared to put on fat and of teh carbz", but I'm changing the mindset and hopefully it will come. I'm just too dam skinny right now, and after being contest lean it kinda screws with your head
I'm still young and this is he prime for growth and I also want to have fun with this.
I get some bashing for the finishers and bit of conditioning I do but I ENJOY them! its like i need my heart rate goin crazy to have some fun lol

good to see you have a handle on the food. How fast are you gaining right now?
I'd probably think 3000 is even a little low

being super lean definitely screws with your perception of normal. I know it did for me, though i wasnt quite stage ready.
Thats been pretty steady progress and i reckon you could push a bit hgiher if you wanted - see how it works for a few weeks then assess

yeah plus he's still very young. I was eating like 4200 cals at one point and still going to bed hungry some nights! 3000 will definitely NOT put fat on him.

T-bars look good. How far you lean is up to you really, where you get the best MMC.
I'd attempt to try to take a little bit of the jerking out as to remove the momentum boost ya get, not too bad really though.
I like to squeeze at the top sometimes. You seem like you are getting a good stretch, but you really gotta focus to do so, so you'd know.
My 2 cents
PS: You are ****ing lean!!!! Increase in kcals NAOW! +200 or 300 at least!

I think you were def. stage ready for long periods of time.
thewolf, this is my first post in here..I think 3k is a good move, you will def need more than that soon. When I was 17 I wish someone would have told me to do a more power based routine with more compounds and more time for recovery. 3-4x a week tops. If you're making progress though, stick with what you like.

I feel that your current routine seems to be working pretty well since you continue to hit PRs and the lifts continue to improve. Thanks for the old school T-bars I don't have a handle bar so I've gotta grip it raw. If you really like them, then I would load it up even more and also include them on power days; it also really hits the core to be able to balance that weight up there. What exactly was that chocolate thing you had today?

I'm actually really looking forward to The Hangover but I probably won't see it in the theaters; I've been waiting for the movies to come on DTV and then watch them on HBO or some other channel. Nice cal bump; you can do a bit with 400 carbs. Curious to see the new split. I'm out to see the draft....
