drowzy before PUMP
It's ugly and depressing outside. I did nothing all day but wake up late, eat, and watch TV. I'm headed to the gym in 2 hours. I just feel exhausted and un-motivated, I know my performance will be **** if I go in like this. ANY tips for boosting energy / motivation??

haha i feel like this everyday, I just get some carbs in my body and by the time i get finished with my first set im ready.

I always drink my SuperPump while in the car on my way to the gym and I blast the music in the car with whatever type of music gets you pumped up. Just think about what ever motivates you to work out hard and think about how much iron your going to throw up when you get there! and how good its going to feel
