my body fat percentage
I have been lifting for almost a year now. I really got dedicated around last August and started to bust my ass in the gym, but had a terrible diet. I really started to get into the whole eating right thing around February to get rid of my stomach. Its been about 5 months now since cutting and from starting at 21% body fat, I just got tested today and for the first time in my life I am under 10%. I am officially 9.9%. Its a great feeling, dedicate yourself and anything can happen.

Dang man nice! Keep up the good work. So are you planning on doing a clean bulk to put on muscle or what?

Sounds great, man! What was your starting weight, and could you detail what program/workouts/food intake you've done during the 5 months?

my starting weight was about 200.
workout:
monday: biceps
tuesday: chest
wednesday: shoulders and legs
thursday: back
friday: triceps
I varied the workouts too. I never really have the same workout. I do about 6 different things for each. Anywhere from 2-4 sets. Depending on what it is.
Food:
Ive varied this so much just getting used to my body. But breakfast usually consists of eggs. Lunch usually consists of tuna or chicken. Dinner is always chicken. Then obviously protein shakes. I have regular whey after workout and casein before bed. My calculations are about 1900-2100 calories. I do carb cycling days anywhere from 40g-120g. Fat is like 15-20g a day.

Nice work. I started out at around 22% BF. Not sure what I am now but it motivates me to think I could get under 10% within 5 months
