No one said anything about them the last time I posted, so this time I embedded the pics instead.
Sure I must have changed some. Before pics are 5'2~ and 135 lbs. After bulk I was 5'7 and weighed 190 lbs. Now I am weighing 170 lbs after a little cut. I never went very serious with my diet, but now I am a lot more serious. I'm back on track with 5x5 right now and trying to get in a lot of proteins.

no i didnt say you were like him i just said i didnt want you to turn into him...to me, it doesnt look like you have had much progress. maybe some slight changes but nothing serious

I guess not.
Here's relaxed progression. Only flexing biceps in the new pic. I was awfully skinnyfat before lol. Never went 100% serious with my diet, only recently I've increased my protein-intake a lot. I did creatine and whey a long time ago, no idea if it actually had any effect though.

I found this thread a few weeks ago and have been reading through the whole thing since then. It has thoroughly inspired me to gain weight. I was 5'9'' 118 2-3 weeks ago. Currently at 127lbs  .
I never seriously lifted before, but I'm trying Max-OT. I'm just straight up sick of looking so weak. Can't wait to post my transformation in the following months.

I'm a female, army wife, mother of a 1.5 year old. I'm 5-4 and weight 96pounds. I have a couple questions i'd like to ask you...i'm just lost in all this... no one-even doc- seem to want to help me or at least point me in the right direction to help me gain weight. i want to gain like 15-20 pounds. is there anyway you can e-mail me...i've tried the triple x shake from GNC, and have been doing the 6 day a week gym thing with a personal trainner for 3 out of the 6 days.

2 months worth of proper diet and work. Seem to of gained more strength than mass, but its progressing at least so all is good.
