4 months ago & now ..

Ok hello everyone i've been reading alot on bb.com since 2006, i was overweight around 115 kg's and dropped weight to 67 but sadly i was skinnyfat at that moment when i lost weight
it took me around 6~7 months to lose it but i was actually starving my self so i had medical issues and crap gained back around 25 kg's so i was around 97 kgs 4 months ago

i was unhappy after losing my weight and gaining it back fast "cause i did it wrong"

unhealthy diet no work out except walking for 30 min a day nothing else

so anyway 4 months ago my brain told me stop acting like a baby and do something

i wrote here with another account about how i dont want to go to the gym and feel bad
and people here helped me but after 2 weeks of dieting i said to my self what the hell com'n dude lets go to the gym

started with trademill / bicycle and aerobics

45 min on trademill
15 min bicycle
and 30 min aerobics

and with a not bad diet i managed to lose around 20-22 lbs

after 2 months of doing the above i wanted to start weight lifting
so i started lifting but i stopped using trade mill and bicycle only aerobics everyday for 30 min

always read lift heavy , no pain no gain , dont act like a girl
and by reading on motivation section really helped me alot

anyway i started to increase my calorie intake but only healthy foods

friday is a cheat day well its carb loading day i eat like a pig but i dont feel sorry

cause i really work my ass off at the gym during the week

so am here now after 4 months i see nice gains in the mirror i love my body atm although i dont have six packs yet only 2 above i love them and cant wait to see the other 4

but there is something i didnt tell about is , i stopped weighting my self cause i used to be sad on weighting day only losing 1 pound or 2 in 2 weeks or 3 ya my body is like that but in gaining weight is like superfast

here is my diet atm

morning 2 eggs + cheese

after 1 hour 1 cup of milk

after it chicken breast + 1 or 1 and half cup of rice

then i sleep for 2 hours not dierctly after eating ofc

i wake up drink water / check bb.com and go hit the gym

2 hours at the gym i change my shirt 3 times during the time im there cause i sweat like a horse .... lul

i drink around 2 ltr for water everyday

after gym amino 2222 + milk

if am hungry i eat small tuna sandwich

sometimes i wake up at night i go to the frig i just open it and look at food then i go back to bed

anyway

i'm seeing really nice gains in the mirror but am afraid to weight my self dont know why

do you think my diet is ok? am really happy with it after the stupid diet i had before

what should i add ?

and is it fine to take whey protein "i know its fine but the trainer used to train me at begining told me to take only amino 2222" so what do you think guys

long post i know

thanks for reading and will wait for replays

ah and am 23 years old 84 kg's , 5.7 height

Cool

Hi mate - just started on here myself. Your account sounds familiar

My story is here

forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?p=348146201#post348146201

I got sick of feeling sorry for myself and knew the only person that could make me feel better was me.

I am going to the gym about 4/5 times a week and each time I do 6 miles on the cross trainer as I can't use a tread because of the impact on my back - I have a dodgy L3/4 disc in my lumbar area of my back.

I need to step up my weight lifting program now as I'm stuck at 16st5 (231lbs) My eating is all screwed up so at the moment so I'm not seeing any more progress. My weight isn't going like you but inches are dropping off my waist - gone in 2 belt holes now... It doesn't look too bad as I'm 1.8m tall but I want to trim off the rest of that fat..

I don't weigh myself either - just get discouraged every time I jump on, feeling really confidant that I will have dropped just to see it hasn't moved. It's the worst feeling in the world - after crossing for 45 mins each day and sweating like a pig I really should be loosing but it just isn't going.

I just decided to stop weighing myself.

Hope you get sorted - bound to see you again on here at some point...

Later

Chris...
