I have battled with my weight since I was a toddler. Not only that, but I also have an autoimmune disease, and it has required extensive medication as well as chemotherapy. I have loose skin, stretch marks, and gyno.
This is just shots of my back - two weeks apart. I'm concerned. My back seems to look more defined in the first photo then two weeks after. I don't believe I am losing muscle mass...everything else looks larger. I'm thinking I just put on more fat, but wanted advice. It's often hard to tell when I gain fat because of the loose skin.
I'm sorry again. I know this isn't attractive, but given my past...I'm just trying to do my best. I only feel comfortable posting pictures of my back at the moment. In 9th grade, I was 240+. I lost the weight quickly in tenth grade due to my illness to a dangerous 160 pounds. I'm 6 foot and a half. I gained back to a healthy weight of 180-190, but had a lot of skinny fat plus the loose skin. Hopefully I will get surgery eventually.
Does it look like I'm developing period? I would say that I have been lifting properly for a couple of months now. I lifted for months not realizing my form sucked. I wasn't getting stronger until recently. Is there any difference between these two weeks, or is it my paranoia?
bb1 is the first.
bb2 is two weeks later.
Thanks and sorry for the...yeah.
