Bench press ako mag isa,
5x5,
kinapos yung very last rep ko,
bumaba na yung bar malapit sa leeg ko,
buti na lang,
hindi ko nilalagyan ng harang yung sa plates,
ginawa ko,
kinabig ko na lang pakanan yung bar,
bagsakan yung plates,
hehe.
medyo may slight pain sa right shoulder ko,
rest ko muna to then buhat ulit.

nako delikado yun. wala ba ibang tao sa gym at hindi ka humingi ng tulong or nag pa alalay sa last rep mo. ako kasi pag mabigat na nag hahanap ako ng babantay e.

tang-ina! na sprain ang wrist ko. can only do dips and pull-ups for now. should be getting better (been 2 weeks)
basically just doin cardio 5k run/28 min HIIT alternating days

Siya nga pala, mas mabuting patingnan mo yung wrist mo sa reflexologist. Mero kcing kasong ganyan eh dun sa pinuntahan ko kamakailan, alam mo kung anong nangyari? lumiit yung wrist niya, na sprain din yun kaso sa basketball.

alternate grip pull-up. pababa na ako pero na-twist ko yung kamay ko. parang nag-click pero hindi dislocation. hindi pa lumiliit. pinagtignan ko sa doctor na kilala ko sa ER. sabi niya wrest lang.
pwedeng lumiit and wrist pag may muscle atrophy (breakdown).

Nangyari na sa akin yan before. Sobrang nakakahiya kasi peak hours pa nangyari. Hehe. Ever since, I always use the rack with safety bars just to be sure.

this is why i always lift heavy with a spotter. kung walang spoter di ako mag heavy, delikeyds masyado ang ganitong scenario sa gym heheheh.
