It's a pretty bad shot to judge anything to be honest... so you would need more pics in better poses, even just relaxed?!
I think you defo need to work on your lats though regardless, they don't seem to be there at the mo!

Honestly, you are 19 and that is really young. How tall are you? You seem to have a good symmetry that will develop into a great body, so I wouldn't worry about it. Be patient and do it right, so you will keep it. Is always good to have a someone who can take good pics of you so you can see how your body really looks and work on it from there. I take digital pics of some guys sometimes for the personal use. If you are wanting to look good in pics or film, you will see how a trimmer body looks really hot and built and a bigger body looks oversized. You seem like a big boner guy actually.
