I'm definitely eating a lot of food. So far, don't miss the carbs at all, but I'm bewildered by all this protein and fat! It's seems out of control!
By Meal 5, I was definitely sick of eating. I made a very foolish food choice, for that meal: The no-carb pancake was waaaaay too filling. In fact, minutes after its consumption, my stomach became extremely bloated. Needless to say, I didn't want to eat my pseudo-sludge, but then... I also didn't want to miss such a tasty treat, either. So I piled it in! I have no clue how I could possibly lose weight on this meal plan.
I guess we'll see what happens!
