@ The people wondering what you could achieve Naturally.......
2 years of busting ass, learning what works and what doesn't, and help from an amazing group of fellow lifters.
~22 months of lifting not counting hiatuses and binges lol.
I am still 18 weeks out from my 2 first Natural shows. INBF and OCB NYS BBing CHampionships. Link to my diet/training is in the sig for anyone that's wondering. Not trying to toot my own horn just saw someone post a thread asking what is possible naturally. I'll update this in 18 weeks with the final results. For weekly progress shots check my prep log lol.

Thanks for the feedback guys!
MathGuy, I spent 2 years 90% of the time in a caloric deficit, the other 10% was spent binging on the wrong foods and not going to the gym. I lost about 100lbs of fat and gained ~10lbs of muscle in the process. I played lacrosse in highschool so under those fat before pictures there was some muscle.

You deserve a standing ovation!
Holy hell dude! Awesome transformation! That's crazy. I'm probably at this stage of your transition: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpo...1&postcount=38 (give or take a bit more/less...~14.5% BF). How'd you go about figuring your caloric needs while on the cut?

Hey man, believe it or not I started the whole thing off with fairly messed up metabolism. I was cutting on ~2500 calories from 295lbs originally. I stalled out a few times ~260 and ~240lbs on close to 2k calories a day. I slowly learned to take a lower carb approach due to my high insulin sensitivity. I incorporated refeeds and PSMF style dieting to keep my metabolism going. I also took diet breaks and planned weeks where I would eat above maintenance. I guess over time putting on a little LBM and getting my body to partition nutrients better I was able to eat more and more and still lose weight.
I remember cutting on 2400 cals/day and getting stuck around 245lbs. Just to give you an idea of where I am at now. Exactly 50lbs lighter and eating ~3k cals a day still.
People diet too harshly and end up killing their metabolism. If you diet for an extended period of time its crucial to track your calories and make proper adjustments if you are stalling for no reason.
www.Fitday.com was probably 99% of the reason I was successful lol.

first of all awesome job man. I think I see in the first pics that you have some stretch marks but I don't really see them at all in the new pics. Did your skin just naturally tighten up? If so how long did it take?

Your physique is almost identical to mine! Except I think your bis are bigger than mine, but my chest is bigger than yours, not too sure.
You had to lose weight and I had to gain it lol!!!
Good job man!

Massive, massive improvement! very gj
Side question, your skin's looked like it improved tones, did you do anything for it or did it just improve on its own over time?

Hey guys, the stretch marks are still there, i have better color and they faded so its hard to tell from those pics. My skin is still very loose in my lower abs when I hit a Most Muscular pose where I lean forward. Its going to suck during show time probably, as I have another 2-3" of waistline to get rid of.
As far as skin tightness goes, it tightened back up on it own slowly. My skin on the lower abdomen lost its elsticity though, so its going to look like crap when I get contest lean. =(
Hopefully I don't need a tummy tuck lol.
I'll try to get some better midsection shots next time.

If it is really bothering you then I would deff get a tummy tuck. I think it only costs about 4 to 5 grand and then your done.Granted that you dont gain the weight again of course. I had gyno a few years ago and Im so glad that I had the surgery to remove it. Already payed it all off
