G.E.T Sus 500 stack with Tren-250 and Reversitol as a PCT
I recently (as of 4/27/09) have began taking G.E.T sus 500 stacked with Tren-250 and will be using the I-Force Reversitol product as a PCT. I have used the Sus product once before and have to say I had some good weight gains and strength gains with this supplement. I went from 176 to 187 in 4 weeks. I just got over my 1st bodybuilding competition on 4/26/09 and placed second. I will try and keep a log of my gains and whatnot so people can look and see what it has done for me. I have seen many posts about this stack and there are a lot of people who are still interested in more info. . I will do my best to keep you all informed! For my weigh-in I was 176 and that was with no water for over 30 hrs. and diuretics. Before I started cutting for the competition I was 187 so I expect to get up into the low to mid 190's. I train 6 days on and one day off! Keep doing what your doing and I will keep you all updated as the days/weeks go on!

Chest workout - Wednesday April 29th, 2009
Just got done with my chest workout tonight and have to say it was great! I didn't weigh myself however, do to the fact it would be food weight and water weight. I will weigh myself friday May 1st with an update. Here's how my workout went.
Flat bench dumbbells - 90x10reps, 100x10reps, and 110x10reps=)
Incline bench dumbbells - 75x10reps, 80x10 reps, and 90x8reps
Machine chest flys - 100x12, 120x12, 150x12
Decline bench dumbbells - 80x10reps, 85x10, 95x10
Incline chest flys dumbbells - 35x12, 40x10, 45x10
multiple ab routines thrown inbetween sets and whatnot. also 3-5 sets of hanging leg lifts for 10.
There were also a couple other chest workouts in there but i am unsure on what to call them? Like I said I will keep you posted each day if I can.

Shoulder workout, Thurs. April 30, 2009
Had another amazing workout tonight with shoulders! I weighed in at 186.5 but it's also nighttime weight which varies from morning weight! Here's what I did for the workout.
Overhead dumbbell press- 70x10reps, 75x10, 80x8
Butterfly style dumbbell shoulder raises- 20x10, 25x10, 30x10
Dumbbell shrugs- 80x10, 90x10, 100x10
Dumbbell front shoulder raises- 20x10, 25x10, 30x10
Machine overhead presses- 110x10, 130x10, 155x10
Cablecross raises- 40x10 to each shoulder, 55x10 to each, 55x10
Barbell Front Shrugs- 185x10, 275x10, 315x8
Barbell Reverse Shrugs- 135x10, 155x10, 205x10
Inbetween each exercise I work in abs, whether it be hanging leg lifts, normal decline bench crunches or oblique side bends. Another great day in the gym! I will continue to keep you all posted and whoever reads these posts.

Sunday May 3rd 2009 - Back workout
Alright so another awesome day in the gym! I weighed in a 186 in the am so my weight is def. climbing! Seems like every workout is getting better and better! Had a little mishap yesterday and didn't workout so i continued my back workout today. Here's how it went:
Deadlift barbell- 135x10(warm-up) 225x10, 315x10, 365x7
Reverse Machine back-flys - 90x10, 100x10, 120x10
Dumbbell Lat pulls - 70x10, 80x10, 90x10
One-armed dumbbell presses - 45x10(each arm), 55x10, 60x10
Machine lat pulls - 70x10, 80x10, 90x10... one arm at a time
Free weight front to back pulls? (not sure name of machine) 80x10, 90x10, 125x10
Also worked in some light ab exercises inbetween the back exercises. Hope people are actually reading these postings lol but I will continue to post my progress on the Sus500 - Tren250 stack.
Legs tmr!!=)

Stack...
I am using the recommended doses, 1 pill tren and 1 pill sus in the am with breakfast, and then after dinner 1 pill of each again. Tonight was legs night and I recorded squating 405x7 reps and leg pressing 720x10reps. That's the most I have ever tried so I believe I am increasing in strength!

Monday May 4th, 2009 - Legs workout
It's officially one week of using this stack and I weighed in at 187lbs. . Slowly but surely gaining mass and I can tell because my definition is rounding out! Here's how the workout went, recorded two PR's tonight so I was pumped!
Squats - 135x10(warm-up), 225x10, 315x10, 405x7 (PR)
Leg Press - 450x10, 540x10, 630x10, 720x10 (PR)
Single leg extensions (free weight) - 25x10 (to each leg), 35x10, 45x10, 45x10
Straight leg deadlift dumbbell (hammys) - 55x10, 60x10, 65x10, 70x10
Reverse leg hammy curls (machine) - 100x10, 110x10, 120x10, 120x8
Seated calf raises - 80x10, 90x10, 90x10, 90x10
Single leg extensions (machine) - 30x10 single leg, 40x10, 50x10, 50x10
That's about it, trying to remember lol... I worked in light abs inbetween sets if I wasn't huffing and puffing ha. All I have to say is I did work to the legs tonight! Each workout is getting better and better! Off day tmr and then pumping up on a chest workout!

sorry i haven't posted in a while....
so I didn't go to the gym yesterday, had an unexpected sickness come upon me... I felt really weak and my joints hurt and am pretty sure that I had a fever. I feel a little weak still but am going to push through it and hit the gym tonight to work the arms! My last weigh-in was 189 and we'll see what tonight brings! I ran a mile and half yesterday morning and man were the legs pumped early! I could def. tell the legs weren't use to the extra weight that I have put on!

That's a big stack, I don't think that Reversitol alone will be enough to get you back on track! Reversitol will work for a single compound cycle, I have used it my self, but for 2... too much bro!

Leg day May 11, 2009 week 2 of stack.
Amazing workout tonight, set another two PR's with both sqaut and leg press. I squated 405x10reps and leg pressed 810x10reps. This is something that I have never even tried to rep out and was amazed that I was successful! I also did alternating lunges with 45lb dumbbells, single leg extensions for 3 sets, hammy reverse leg curls 3 sets, and seated calf raises for 3 sets. Overall an amazing workout! Seems like everyday is a great workout/pump!

Chest workout 13 may 2009, Day 16
Today's chest workout went great! Haven't been adding anymore weight, just kind of hit a plateau and staying at 189lbs. It's so hot here that my appetite seems to be diminishing as well. So my workout started with flat bench w/ dumbbells 100lbs.x10 reps, 110x10reps and 120x8reps! That was the first time I attemped pushing the 120's, not to bad! Next I went to Incline w/ dumbbells 90x10reps, 100x8, 100x7. Then over to seated machine flys 120x10, 150x10, 165x10 and 180x10. Next to decline dumbbells 80x10, 85x10 and 90x10. To end the night I did laying chest flys with dumbbells and started with 35x10, 40x10 and 45x10. Inbetween each exercise I worked in some kind of abs whether it was hanging leg lifts, decline situps or sidebend obliques. Overall a great night in the gym!=)

people do not have faith in reversitol. i just got done running something much more harsh with reversitol and i am fine.

SUS 500 + Tren250 stack with reversitol as PCT
Ok so I know I haven't posted anything in quite some time and i am sorry for that! My end result of the stack was a weight gain from 179 to 189 and i have since still kept on all the weight! I do believe it was all hard muscle gain. My strength exploded and i went from repping 225 for bench 8 times to now beginning repping 245 for 10.... My squats went from doing 315 for 10 to now doing 405 for 10 and probably easily more! Like I said I have had awesome gains! As for taking the reversitol, so far so good! I am not "hurting" like people have claimed and in my opinion this stack was not very harsh... No sides whatsoever, maybe a little acne here and there but it's hard to tell with dirt and dust always blowing here in iraq. Goodluck to everyone and this stack!

Good to hear back. Try to stay healthy in Iraq!!! I was in area in early 90's and now what you'd call an old fart but still act like a kid.
Not to make you paranoid but late occurring gyno is reported with sus 500. Don't play games with it if you can't get right support. If your like me your not prone to get it but just be aware. I'm sure your fine though. But an awful lot of sus threads are never completed and makes me wonder what happened.
To be honest 10lbs is the best I've ever done in a month ans sometimes a year as I slowly climbed from 180 to 230's. I'm really stuck and just going a permanent cut diet now. I'd buy something if it just made me hungrier honestly.

So I am on my last stage of the Reversitol supplement and still feel amazing! I have one week left in the desert n have up'd my w/o to a full week n no days off. So far so good n not sore. Tmr is legs night and my last leg w/o in Iraq, I will be pushing myself to the max along w/ my w/o partner to get one last muscle blast to the legs/quads/hammy's/glutes. I hope this forum has helped ppl somewhat, n as for late occuring gyno, I have had none. No side effects whatsoever! I recommend these supplements! Take care n I wish everyone the best w/ their goals!
